This is my first time at this Physicians office and had a great experience. Located right in Matthew's, close to my home, and decided this would be my permanent Dr.s location. HUGE parking lot with plenty of parking spaces. It is located on the second floor with other offices nearby. You can't get lost as they have signs of directions, you and name plates. Upon entering, I was greeted immediately and assisted. They have a large waiting area with plenty of seating. My dr.s appointment was at 8 and was in and out in 30 minutes. Dr. Stanislawki was very attentive and nice. I did not feel rushed at all and just put me at ease. Had to get bloodwork done, super quick and simple. The nurses who take care of that were patient and efficient at what they do. Everything is marked and labeled so you don't get lost at all.

Dr. Burgess is a wonderful attentive doctor. His staff and lab are top notch. You will love this practice if you are looking for intelligent compassionate people for your healthcare needs. My family has been using them for over twenty years.

I’m a cash Patient was told if I pay everything upfront I would get 50% off and be at zero balance Which I did exactly that. I was given a receipt I have zero balance only to receive a bill for $100. After speaking with the manager Felicia about it, she said she would try to train her staff better and would not waive the extra balance that came out of nowhere for no reason that could be explained. Very poor customer service and incompetent staff.

I was a patient at this facility for about 20 years but recently had to change due to a certain prejudice towards me. Dr. Sara Harris had a problem with signing a medical document for me because the issue I had wasn’t visible to her. However it is in my records and recorded that I’ve dealt with this issue for years. She went back and forth with me over emails which was very stressful and unprofessional. Then she asked her colleagues not to help me as well. Even though it’s their job to help. The entire experience even from the assistant that called me was rude and unprofessional.

Since that encounter I changed primary doctors to another facility and it’s like a breath of fresh air. It’s just sad that the long medical relationship ended here due to a cocky doctor that was seemed very proud of her medical license and chose not to listen to the patient needs.

My Wellness check up went well as usual. The front office staff are great and check in went well. Dr. Owens has been my doctor for 24 years and I totally entrust my care to Dr. Owens. She is very easy to talk with and has a very nice personality. She listens intently to my concerns and helps to make a good plan of care. I value her medical advice as she is an excellent MD.

The staff and this medical practice is always so kind and courteous and absolutely do their best to efficiently and thoroughly take care of me. My doctor, Dr. Susan Owens is so kind and always takes as much time to listen and help me as I need. She obviously stays well informed and I feel confident and comfortable with her. I am blessed to have her for my primary care physician.
