This location has gone over and beyond! We changed Novant locations looking for a better experience. Out of many offices used over the years, this one has exceeded our expectations. The care seems genuine, they listen, they respond in timely fashion, they are not afraid to refer out, they have availability in scheduling, their tone is as if they enjoy their jobs and care. Not to mention the entrance is beautiful and welcoming!!

I had an absolutely terrible experience at this facility. The staff was unprofessional, dismissive, and outright dishonest. A CMA attempted to coerce me into unnecessary testing and became rude when I refused. She then misrepresented my words and provided false information about the interaction. She demonstrated a shocking lack of basic pharmacological knowledge. When I asked to see a real doctor, I was met with hostility. The doctor arrived with an attitude already in place, interrupting me and refusing to listen. Instead of assessing the situation, they relied on false reports from the CMA and treated me as if I were the problem. I was belittled, insulted, and ultimately forced to leave without proper care. The lies in my medical records were the final straw. If you value professionalism, competence, and respect, avoid this place at all costs.

My GP here found my pancreatic cancer (10 years ago) before the first cell divided and lined me up for 4 procedures within a week (NO DELAY). I am always treated with respect, friendliness, and professionalism, and class! I do not remember waiting long to see my GP; I DO remember being able to see her early. I refer this practice to everyone I know.

Yesterday was my first visit to see Dr. Saincher at Lewisville Family Medicine after my regular pcp facility closed without notifying me. I was very pleased with her and the staff. She was professional, attentive, courteous, kind and easy to understand. I'm so glad I chose her.

I find my provider to be very cold, unhelpful, arrogant, and just a very uncaring person. I think my first visit was too heavy and over her head. I have yet to hear back concerning testing I had done. I am very happy to have an upcoming appt with a new provider and at different practice. Sooo not impressed with LFP. I was cautioned by several people, but had to learn for myself, and will pass my experience along to others

Not what I thought it was going to be I've been to this facility for medical use in the past 2 years I've lost two female doctors they're gone which I really liked and I was getting used to them. I have to go in three or four times a year because of my blood pressure issues. I was meeting with a male doctor Holton and I really didn't feel very comfortable I wasn't informed on a quite a few things that I found out at the desk later I wasn't asked if that was something I wanted done it was just what he thought he should do and I thought you know those are things you're supposed to discuss with the individual not just put it down on the chart and expect me to just go along with it I'm not a cow.
