Me encantó el trato de emergencia ya que tuve un problema con mi respiración me ante dieron rápido el doctor que estaba de guarda me trató muy bien y con rapidez me pusieron los medicamentos y demás exámenes las enfermeras muy amables fue una consulta muy bien atendida les agradezco a todo el personal que me atendió

Took my adult daughter to Mint Hill Emergency Dept. Ou family has always really liked this hospital. The doctors and staff always seem to care. My daughter was having difficulty breathing, with back and chest pain. We were there 10 hours. She had elevated heart rates and blood pressure. Blood work showed something was going on. The ER doctor came in the room the first time to ask her symptoms. He stayed less than 10 minutes. After multiply tries to get an IV started one was started using ultrasound. The nurse put the IV in and left the room. Had to call the nurse station to have someone come back in to hook up the IV bag. The doctor came in the room the 2nd time did not speak to my daughter. Spoke to the nurse about another patient. After 10 hours the doctor sent the nurse in with the release papers. He never came back to go over the tests or explain anything. I had to ask for a wheelchair for her to go out to the lobby due to a a heart condition. The whole experience was terrible. Will never recommend this hospital to another person.

It has been 2 years since I've been here, but the memory is still very much in my mind. I showed up with dizziness and nausea. While waiting to be seen, I needed to go to the bathroom. I was helped there. I went, when I stood up from the toilet I got extreme dizziness. I tried to control myself. After washing my hands, I passed out. I woke up laying on the floor and crawled to pull the emergency string. I also yelled for help. A woman walked in, stood there and stared down at me and told me I needed to get into my wheel chair. She stood there like an ice figure. I was able to crawl back into my wheelchair with no help from her. I was seen and then left. I went to the ER in Mattews a few days later and I was diagnosed with a stroke. The staff from Mint Hill contacted me twice about my complaint and then I didn't hear anything from them. What a disgusting excuse of an ER. I now tell people to avoid this place like the plague.

Came in for an induction Wednesday and truly had the best experience! The nurses were so kind and accommodating!! I had a hard time with pushing my daughter out but the nurses were cheering me on and being so encouraging. I would definitely deliver at this hospital again! Every single nurse that I came in contact with was wonderful!

I have visited the ER twice in the past six months and received exceptional treatment. The doctors and staff were very thorough and compassionate. I hope I don’t have to return but I feel confident in their care if I ever need them.
