Courtney Keats is the best doctor in the world to me. I highly recommend anybody that was looking for a new doctor to go see her. She will listen to you help you with your problems. She don’t try to rush you in and out she listens to you help you anyway she can, highly highly highly recommend her like I said I love that woman to death. She’s helped me tremendously through the years and I will never see another doctor again if she moves I’ll move and follow her. I don’t care what part of North Carolina it is.

I saw Marsha White in June for my annual wellness visit. I have no issues about the quality of care from her but the overall experience needs to be explained clearly to anyone who is a new customer. It seems that Medicare pays 100% of the annual wellness visit but what everyone failed to mention to me was that I was going to be charged a "new patient" charge since I hadn't been there before. If I had known that it would cost me $135.20 to walk in the door there I probably would have stayed with the doctors office I had been going to previously. That makes me wonder--if I come back to this business again next year for the annual wellness visit--what new "extra" charge will they come up with?
I read the response from Novant and called the feedback line. When I finally drilled down to the part where I would have been able to speak with someone I got the "please leave a message and we'll get back to you" routine. Well I am not bothering with that. You know what I'm unhappy about. If you want to do anything about it contact ME and give ME a call! You aren't going to do anything about the charge anyway or about NOT telling new patients when they walk in the door about this ridiculous charge so unless YOU want to discuss it further I'm done.

I waited 1.5hrs to see Marsha white and when she came in she didn't even check my throat nose or lymph nodes. Just gave me augmentin and put in a request for tests. What was the point? My mom went in and was checked by another doctor and she checked her throat and she had white and purple blisters which she had strep throat. Marsha was angry at me because I had just texted that morning at home with a 5yr old test that barely showed I had COVID and slammed her hand on the counter. I came in with a mask on. Very unprofessional I felt like a leper.

I was supposed to come in and see Megan as a new patient. I was 5 mins lates due to location confusion. I repeatedly told them I was recently discharged from the hospital and needed to be seen asap. This place does not care for their patient and their well being. Which is why I reschedule for another Novant location.

First time visit with this provider. The front desk staff was exceptionally helpful and courteous. The clinic staff as well and also patient since I'm considered elderly. I was felt welcomed including by the doctor who took time to ask the right questions and get to know me and my medical status. We definitely recommend this practice.
