My experience at Nspire Lauderhill has been amazing!!! Everyone here is extremely diligent, and dedicated and professional. I have noticed most of the residents that are housed on my mom's wing are dropped off by their families and rarely visited which is heartbreaking for me to see.

I would give them a 6 out of 5 . They have a tremendous amount of patience and the staff is amazing, especially Verlene . They have very good activities and they always encourage the residents to get out and join in .
My uncle is really happy here . He does mention that a lot, which really pleases me .

The receptionist on duty today was extremely rude , lack of customer service skills, and not helpful I walk out of the facility, this is exactly what she said to me after I checked my email, and did not received the application that was sent to me. “You are not going to get another one if you did not receive it. We only send the email once that’s it “ I ask to review the email nothing.
