Went on a Sunday evening and there was literally no line. Got my rapid COVID test results (no joke) 20 min later and my PCR results just 12 hours later. Staff were incredibly nice and efficient. Would highly recommend

I was really nervous to take a covid test because I've seen the brain swabbing of others.. While I've been safe and lucky to never have had any symptoms and got the shots with no bad side effects, I needed to get a test for travel.

This place was the perfect experience for someone who is nervous or worried because they will erase all of that! We had checked in prior online so that might have sped things up a little, but everything was so efficient. There was someone who was checking you in, another person double checking reasoning to get you the proper test and then bringing you to the window.

You provide your ID and if you are linked to NYCHH, they will pull up your info to check you in electronically. You go to the next window and we got the lovely Stephanie, who asks about previous recovery and which shot(s). Then she prints you a label that you take with you to the nurse who will do your test.

I was lucky enough to get Cheyenne (Hope I spelled it right) and told her how nervous I was and she was lovely and so gentle! She was done and then swabbed my husband and we were on our way!

A small line formed as we walked over, but it was so fast, organized, efficient and outside so it was perfect! Like 10-12 minutes in and out! It was the best experience I could hope for from start to finish and I'm so thankful for the personnel here and the reviewers online that helped me choose this location.

Now if only Stephanie could get her label maker to be as fast! 😉

Pleasant experience. Accommodating staff, quick and efficient process, and the PCR test was not too painful, along with being quickly available within 24 hours (according to them).

There was no line at all and I was able to start the process of getting tested quickly. The workers didnt't go out of their way to be particularly friendly, but were not at all rude and did everything that needed to be done without complaints.

I was there with my mom last week early Saturday morning. She needed a PCR test for her flight the nest day. She is not even a resident, only needed to shown her passport. Based on other reviews I was hoping to get the results before her flight, and indeed, we were very surprised and happy to get them the next day as early as 5am.
Don't forget to download and sign for the app, that's how you can see your results in real time ASAP if needed.

I have taken multiple rapids and PCR tests here. While moving from window to window can be a little hard to follow, I have never seen a line here. Once, a group of 4 showed up after me and they were seen super efficiently. The test-taking is always gentle and people are very nice here. Thank you for what you're doing to keep New York safe!

I waited an hour to get tested, it was well organized and the people that work there were friendly and courteous. The testing was painless, they didn't have to stick the swab up into the nose, just inside the nostrils and not painful or uncomfortable as it was done before. I received my results the next morning because I got tested about 3pm. If you go early in the morning, you should get your results later in the day. It was a pleasant experience.

I’ve been coming to this outdoor testing site since they first opened. No copay, no need for insurance, line moves quickly, friendly staff, rapid results in 20 mins and PCR results after 12 hours. I went at 9am when they first open and was able to get my results on the same day at 9:20pm. The whole process took about 10 minutes. They test children 2 years and up. Staff are gentle with kids and gives out books/stickers after the test. Sometimes they pass out hand sanitizers to adults as well. I downloaded the MyChart app to get instant notification when results are ready. I can also add and view my children’s results with the app.
