Ranelle is a fine gift shop, admission lady. Full of information about the museum and full of smiles. ! Lots of history for a very low price admission.

This is a small museum telling the history of the Oklahoma territory and early statehood of Oklahoma. The very informative exhibits were engaging and fun!

The admission was worth the view inside the museum. It told from the beginning of the land run thru the move (Stolen) of the capital to Oklahoma City. The Carnegie Library views were so beautiful. You will need to plan a trip to Guthrie OK.

Super fun! You can tell everything in the museum is done with care. The curator is super nice and will help you with questions. The gift shop is filled with good gifts for family’s and has a guest book to sign. The library floor is so fun to look around at even if it’s creeky. The manikin in the jail scared the hell out of me 🙂

As a fairly recent transplant to Oklahoma, I found this museum really interesting. Allow yourself at least two hours if you want to read everything. The library portion is stunning, but not air conditioned (I don't advise touring on a 100° day)

Great collections and wonderful history to tell. The Carnegie Library connected to the museum is beautifully cared for and has tons of interest details, exhibits are well laid out and tell of interesting aspects of the area's history, as well.
