I don't want to say anything good because he's already really popular, but can all doctors try to be like Dr. Drew Bright please? He's the first doctor I've ever had that actually uses his ears and everything between them! I 100% trust him. The P.A.'s and Nurse Practitioners are fantastic as well! They're very personable and relatable!

I moved here recently from Arizona and looked for a good doctor in Indiana. I am so happy I found Optum Primary Care. I originally had a Doctor Who left the facility and then was given Dr. Camrie Green. She was so compassionate and wonderful and listened to my medical history carefully. She didn’t hesitate to keep me on the medication I had been on for 35 years. It was such a relief for me. She took the time to know a lot about me in a personal way and I really enjoyed our conversation. I feel so comfortable with her and I know I’m in really good hands. Her assistant Geneva is also wonderful and was very sweet I would highly recommend Optum Primary Care and definitely Dr. Green. I would also like to say that the front desk girls Are absolutely amazing. Every time I call the office, they are so helpful. And sweet. I can’t say enough good things about this place.. I’m just so happy I found them.

They have acted as though I'm trying to do something bad at every turn. They over emphasized that they don't prescribe pain medication. I've been a patient at the Franklin location for 6 years and never once asked for pain medication and certainly wasnt going to. They told me, in a very confrontational way, they don't prescribe thyroid medication for weight loss. I NEVER ONCE asked for that. I had low thyroid diagnosed at Franklin location and was feeling like it might be off again. Just very unfriendly and impersonal front desk and NP. They make me feel like an inconvenience and I won't go back. I switched from Franklin since my old NP quit. Going somewhere else altogether now.

I love Karen Kinney, she is kind and really listens to what you have to say. When I had heart surgery she called prior to to tell me she would be praying for me. That meant so much to me. Her nurse Elizabeth is awesome as well, always responds very quickly to questions on the portal. I would highly recommend them.

I came into doctor Young's office with anxiety, confusion and irrational fears and he attempted to put me on antidepressants in which I refused. The next office visit after submitting to drug testing, he said he thinks I need further evaluation and wrote out a referral to a specialist.

The problem with the whole scenario is if he honestly believed that I needed further evaluation, why would he ever offer to put me on antidepressnts if he doesn't know how I would react to them? This just seems a little unorthodox and unconventional.

Not the best doctor you can visit I don't care the level of education they've been indoctrinated under. Some are better than others with lower academic accomplishments and or prerequisites. Any of them that egotistically use their education as a verification of their ability to heal in the medical field is nonsense.

Dr Coppinger was my PCP for close to 6 years. With no general health issues and needing to check in for a physical each year, he was fine. About 4 months ago, I started having concerning health issues where I met with him 4 separate times and he was not willing to assist with coming to any conclusion. After finally going in there the 5th time and being more gruff, not only did he come back saying there is still nothing wrong with me, but his nurse Brandi was extremely rude ranging from her comment of “what part of i don’t know, don’t you understand” to asking if i was bipolar after i told her i was having trouble sleeping…? where do you get bipolar from me having sleeping issues out of never having sleeping issues before? Unbelievable. DO NOT GO HERE. After 1 visit with a new PCP, they found the issue.

My Mom had a stroke and didn’t tell anyone of her symptoms until the day after. I called the Dr and was referred to an eye Dr to confirm it was kit her eyes. Long story short, we did that, it was a stroke so I called back to see what we should do next. They talked me out of going to the ER assuring me they could run the same test in a timely manner. I scheduled her an appointment for that same day but then they called to cancel due to a family emergency of the NP. They then scheduled for 3 days out due to the weekend. Got her in with another NP who didn’t even make eye contact when she walked in the room. She just started talking looking at her computer and asking question that she should have already known the answers to. The NP said she was going to schedule a couple of test and they would do that when we checked out. Noone was there to do that but was assured we would get a call that same day. It is now 3 days later and no call. I called the second day to follow up on it only to find out that they hadn’t even begun to try to schedule any test. Not a place I would recommend based on this experience.

Karen Kinney, and Liz are the absolute BEST caregivers in this world!! They both take extra time if needed to listen to everything regardless of how minimal it may be. Karen always have given the best care that can be given. I have never been there and not gotten better within a few days after treatment . She is caring, compassionate and just an all round nice lad . Very good caregiver. I would recommend her to anyone . The whole place is wonderful! Girls up front are very helpful amd caring as well when checking out or making appointments.
