Worse office ever. The doctors are never available or overbooked. You are lucky if you see a doctor once a yr normally it's everyone else except your doctor. If you have Dr Zane you would be lucky if you see him once a yr . The staffing can be a bit rude sometimes. They shouldn't be accepting new patients because they can not handle the current patients that they have.

This morning I received a call from the office manager, this is the second time I have spoken to this lady and she’s so rude. Does she knows that she is serving older patients and she is very condescending towards me. She knows that her job is customer service, she needs to take a course in how to speak to people. The rest of the team at Seffner office I never had a problem with. Dr. Soler and Dr. Paulino are both great and helpful as well as the front office staff. Great work. But you need to send this woman back to school on how to treat and speak to your patients.

If I could give a "0" star I would. I have been trying to make an appointment at this clinic with no success. The staff has poor customer service etiquette. The hold time is over 10 minutes and it has been a back-and-forth with this clinic. If this is the staff I can't imagine the doctors. If you are not a people person you are in the wrong field.

I've been going to Dr Zane since I was in my 40s, I'm 62 now. He's kept me in great health. He's very caring and understanding.

The staff are extremely friendly, they don't make you feel like you're a bother. They are patient and kind. Especially the front desk . I would confidently recommend Dr Zane and Optum Seffner to anyone I know.

Dr. Zane is the best PCP ever! He is thorough, attentive, responsive, and caring. The office staff are friendly and helpful. I love having the lab onsite as well. I always experience a very short wait time.

Dr Zane has been my PC for 6 years. His office is 14 miles away but I adore him! The front office staff and nurses go above and beyond. I have multiple medical issues and have always received excellent care. Referrals are handled quickly! Kudos to Dr. Zane and all the staff. You're the best!

Very professional. I was very sick last year and the case manager took care of every issue that came up. She liaised with every service i needed and took care of insurance referrals, etc. Dr. Gayal responds quickly with requests for refills and other problems. Of course there are some delays when dealing with other offices and services, but they try their best to resolve issues as quickly as possible.

They don't even deserve the one star! I have been in severe pain in my left knee since May 2019 and they take their time for referals and MRI 's. In June I had a torn meniscus and arthritis but it wasn't bone on bone yet. Yesterday I had more xrays and now it's bone on bone and I have to have a knee replacement. Of course Davita has to drag there feet and make me wait two more weeks to get the doctor's release so I can schedule it.They say that they care but that's not true at all. Only the nurses in the back do.
