I agree with the previous posts that most of team members in the Human Resources are rude. I called for information I needed and I felt like I was bothering the HR employee. It was so bad I decided to end the call and maybe try at another time to get my information.
I find it extremely disappointing to have an healthcare company that does not track their team member satisfaction when they call their HR reprentatives. Having a nicer HR representative may better help with staff retention.

Update 12/17/2024: I changed my rating because I called for the same previous information a month later, since I was not able to resolved the issue the first time and the HR employee on the call was extremely friendly and helpful. She was able to help me resolve my issue.

Worst HR experience throughout my career. The HR personnel, Erick Martinez couldn’t had been more rude and very unprofessional. He was basically verbally harassing me. You should just straight up fire the guy.

I rate them a ZERO. The reason, poor care, long waits, not informing the patients about their health. Hostile work environment. A Human Resources department that is biased, and rude. Never ever go to this place. DO NOT look for work here. You will not be treated fairly, either as a patient, or as an employee.
