A huge thank you to Nurse Stephanie! Her compassionate care and genuine concern made a world of difference during a difficult time after my mom's emergency surgery. Stephanie was always very attentive, explained everything clearly, and went above and beyond to ensure my mom's comfort. She is truly an exceptional nurse who deserves all the praise! Stephanie is a shining example of what a nurse should be .... kind, knowledgeable, and always patient. She made a stressful situation feel manageable. I express my sincere gratitude for her outstanding care. My family and I felt that my mom was completely safe and well-cared for under Stephanie's supervision. Her professionalism and dedication are truly commendable! I'm glad I was able to relay this message to Stephanie's charge nurse "Sara" who is also awesome. Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center is very fortunate to have Nurse Stephanie working with them.... especially in ICU!!!

This is the worst emergency room we have ever encountered from the point of view of efficiency and hygiene. The cubicles were filthy, dried blood and urine on the floors as was the same in the bathroom. The trash cans in the cubicles had no covers and were all overflowing with the detritus of the evening patients. I tried calling the administrative offices twice but no returned calls. The staff were overworked and the facility not equipped to handle the regular load which we were told is a regular evening intake.. The operator did not even know the name of her immediate supervisor or the name of the hospital administrator. What a shameful place. The staff were fine but there is obviously no management and I would like to know if the facility is in good standing with the local health department. I shall be reporting and insisting on a random health code inspection.

I had a total hip replacement. Every single staff member I encountered was amazing! They all introduced themselves first, then explained how they would be helping me throughout my journey. Even the lady that came into my room to change the trash bag told me good morning and her name.
One thing I may suggest, if the spouse, or family member, is in the room while important info is being explained, please address them if they have questions. Their memory will be better than the patient that’s currently on pain meds.
