My appointments have been worth every penny. I get in quick and get out. The wait room is boring, but that is the least important thing for me.

The doctor has been practicing for over 30 years. He knows the answers to all my "stupid" questions and talks to me straight, never making me feel silly. I am a believer in experience, my doctor has treated tens of thousands of patients, it makes me feel safe that nothing will be missed.

He knows my insurance and makes sure to only prescribe what I can afford. When I need some test or to see a specialist his staff calls ahead, and gets me in right away.

After being a patient here since I was little girl, I've had to put up with his rude unprofessional staff for years. Today I was pushed to my limits when his nurse informed me that I just need to buy over the counter pain Med for my back that has 4 rods and 8 spacers. Well that means I have to take 4 pills In place of 1 if I were to listen to her regime. Not only was she rude she is giving medical advice to someone she had no clue as to what me and my doctors regiments are. I've have dealt with his ridiculous staff for many years because i feel comfortable with my doctor and his sweet wife that has taken care of me since I was a little girl. His unprofessional staff won't even give hm a message to call me. I will be in the process of finding another medical professional, due to the lack of unprofessional nurses my doctor has caring for his patients. While they yell and get alarmingly mouthy with patents then want to act like they have some authority over you and your health. I requested once agin for the 2nd time to day for my doctor. Mangesh Patel to call me at his earliest convenience this was at 420 this after noon on the Feb.3 2017.

This is the single most unprofessional doctors office I've ever dealt with. I love how the one good review comes from a customer with the same last name as the doctor. Hmmm? Every time I try to call the phone rings in busy, I assume they have no call waiting. I've missed several important appointments with specialists that take over a month to reschedule because they can't follow through with a task as simple as faxing over a referral. Then the doctor seems like he is just going through the motions like I'm just another buck in his pocket. If you can, avoid this doctor at all costs. I would rather a first year med student taking care of me than this man. Another thing, I'm all about equal opportunity employment but I can hardly understand a single person in the office, all of which are very poor at speaking English either through a thick Indian or Spanish accent. Sure would like to know what I'm being told by the people in charge of my health.

This is the worst Dr. Office ever. Poor service and poor staff. I will never come back to this place ever again!! 11:15 am appt, empty lobby and not called back until 12:45. Doesn’t help the front desk lady saying “there all standing back there doing nothing having a jolly time” then you get back there and tell them what you need and they give all these alternatives that don’t help you one bit. So basically you go to this doctors office to wait for over an hour for nothing. Just found me a new PCP, screw them!! Never go to a Dr.‘s office down from Mc Donald’s and next door to a Family Dollar. You will get poor service & poor care.

My experience at this doctor has scarred me. I came in in the beginning of the year. I had a breast exam and sent to get a mammogram, which both turned out to be perfect. In the middle of march I was attacked on the street, police came I made a report and was taken to the emergency room by ambulance. Where I had a ct scan with devastating result and was told to follow up with my doctor immediately. My follow up appointment i waited 2 hours to see the doctor, then when I got back there he had an intern with him first he ask what happen. I explained. He then asked why they didnt arrest them, I said i dont know. Then he told me to get on the table told me i will take blood pressure medication because my blood pressure was high at that moment i disagreed saying this is not normally like that. Then he begun asking me questions about my incident like what happen, why I went to the hospital, again why police didnt arrest them, as if it was all a lie. And he in a angry tone scolded me about going to the hospital and to not ever do that again but to come to him.During this time he started to listen to my heart and fondle me, I asked what was he doing and then he said no lumps here, when was your last mammogram, the inter and myself told him simultaneously in january. He then stepped back and said ok I will see you in 3 months. I asked why he wasnt ordering test for the ct scan results so he told the nurse to copy it and give me my copy. I asked why he had not asked me anything to do with my being here for the follow up on my head scan, he said he did not have time for this and had to get to his next patient. I said this visit was for my head not my breast he left saying see you in 3 months and stop going to the emergency department.
