Dr. Mardhani and her nurse were very easy to talk to. They listened to me and I didn't feel rushed at all. The doctor was very sweet and helpful and I have finally found a doctor that seems to care. Thank you doctor!

The nurse was really nice as well. Overall, I had a great office visit today!

This is the best place you could possible go for treatment. Dr Brady is an excellent Dr. She cares and is kind and thoughtful. Her staff is just like her kind understanding and best of all we joke laugh they know my name 😂. I like they know my name. Who I am who my family is. I been there for years I consider going to the doctor like going to see family. If you looking for a Doctor office and a great staff look no more they are the best.way to go yall!

I’ll be finding a new primary care physician. Went in like usual to get my annual checkup and the bloodwork was not coded correctly as preventative so I kept getting a bill. Called the billing department who referred me to the physicians office and talked to the physicians office over a dozen times, and nobody does anything. Was told I’d get a call back five times, and never got a single call.

Dr Weaver is amazing! I moved here from out of state, and we all know how hard it is to leave your Dr’s behind. Dr Weaver is beyond caring! She answered all of my questions and even brought up questions that I didn’t think of asking. I am so happy I chose her as my doctor. You will absolutely love her, she is the most caring, thorough and thoughtful doctor I have ever seen. Her staff is amazing too! Thank you Dr Weaver for making my first visit such a positive experience! ❤️

I hesitate to post a glowing review of Dr. Weaver as it is already challenging to get an appointment. But, she deserves it.
Dr. Weaver is an empathetic and professional provider, she is kind and brilliant, an excellent combination for a primary care physician. She instructs gently and makes research based guidance. I surely appreciate her skill. I trust her with my medical care.

I wasted my time two times going to this Canton facility. Will not go there nor recommend to anyone. They spam your phone and email with unnecessary daily reminders. You make appointments ahead. I am a working person. There are work emergencies and deadlines I can't control. First time, I was finishing a work deadline and tried to call the office to let them know I was going to be a little late. It's frustrating that it is very hard to speak to a human. By the way, a pleasant and helpful human receptionist phone interaction is very important and can help to bring in business. I got there and the receptionist still told me to reschedule.

I gave them a second chance. Second time, I got a work call right before I was going to leave and got there 14 minutes late. The receptionist lied to say I was 16 minutes late therefore I had to reschedule. They don't have customer service and can't work you in. One of the two receptionists with red hair is nasty. They can make you wait 15-30 minutes but you can't be late. We have to work our butt off to pay for their high fees.

American health care needs reform for the better! God bless!

There is no communication with the staff nor the nurse and NP. I have sent multiple messages concerning an order request and no response for days. My report was also sent twice and was told they did not receive which is a lie because I was there when the report was sent over to Piedmont. Would not recommend anyone to go here

I have been going to Piedmont Physicians for several years. I love their practice & doctors. They take time to listen & communicate with you. Even when they are very busy. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for great hometown care with all of the advanced medical professionals & equipment.
