My treatment at Dr Karen Keisler’s has always been awesome. Dr Keisler always treats me so well. She’s the best Doctor I’ve ever had. She always takes her time with me and helps me understand what’s going on with me and my treatment. She’s so patient and nice. I know that she’s very busy and has many patients to treat but she still makes me feel like I’m her focus. She calls me to check on me and it makes me feel like she genuinely cares about me. She’s great. Her staff reflects her values and does a wonderful job of making me feel the same way.

My primary care doctor Abigail Peterson, is one of the best doctors I've ever had. She is extremely dedicated to her patients and keeps me informed of my test results and anything I need to know pertaining to my health. She is caring and doesn't rush me out of her office. I would recommend her any day of the week to anyone seeking a good primary care physician. Being My primary physician, I don't really get to see her that often because it's not necessary. But I would not mind seeing her more, if I had to because I know she'll take good care of me. Between her and her staff they always respond to me on the portal immediately. Which makes me feel more comfortable knowing that some things could be handled through the portal as opposed to me literally coming into the office. She's one of the greatest.

My first time at this clinic was amazing!! The staff was professional and thoughtful!! But mostly I want to acknowledge Jennifer Bullard the NP she took her time explaining everything to me and took the care needed to address my concerns! It’s rare to come across someone that just doesn’t put you on a pill and say let me know if that works but truly takes the time to hear you out and proceed accordingly!! Thank you for all you do!!

Professional, timely, and courteous staff members. My primary care doctor, Dr. Kathleen Letezia, is incredibly knowledgeable about conditions and treatments that are distinctly predominantly in different cultures. She spent quality time with me at my visit, answering all of my questions and addressing all of my concerns. I feel confident with her because she pays attention to detail and also current with the latest treatments. I checked in on-line to speed up the process . The wait time was minimal, triage went quickly, and the doctor visit left me feeling encouraged to be active in my self care. Pleasant visit.

PAC Denise Gallops gave me the best ever visit with a physician or PAC at Pinehurst Medical Center. Listened carefully to my concerns and had genuine empathy. Discussed all options for treatment not writing another prescription and pushing me out the door which has been my experience in the past. Highly recommend. Very knowledgeable and professional.

Dr. Letizia is a wonderful doctor! She is caring, explains answers to your questions so they are understandable, and she doesn't make you feel like you're being rushed out of the office! I've been a patient of Dr. Letiza for many years and I plan to stay with her.

She is very knowledgeable and extremely kind. Sometimes change is hard, but in our case, it turned out to be a blessing!
