First off, they couldn't find my child's insurance so I had to pay out of pocket and then call them with the insurance information which is what it is. However it's been almost 2 months and I FINALLY got the reimbursement but they made the check out to my 16yr old instead of me. I also got bit by a BEDBUG in the exam room. I know for a fact it was a bedbug because I found it crawling on me and I killed it and had it verified by friends and family who are all in pest control. I'm very allergic to bedbug bites and ended up having to go to urgent care for attention. Upon killing the bug I showed the Dr who blew me off like I was exaggerating even though my arm was already swollen and red from the 3 bites I received. I showed the nurse as well who said it definitely looked like a bed bug and had me put the tissue with the bug in it on the counter and she said they'd get it taken care of. We were the last patient and were released and had no idea where to go to get out and there was nobody to ask. I am definitely very unhappy with the whole experience and will avoid ever having to go back. Only reason we went is because my sons pediatrician recommended it but its not a place I'll recommend to anyone. Highly unsatisfied with this place.

My mother was in the office today for an epidural injection due to back pain. She has seen Drs. Oakley and Washington in the past. Both of them were wonderful. Today she saw Dr Mueller for the epidural injection. My dad has always went back with her for her procedure. Today, they would not allow him back. My mother has dementia and is not comfortable without him with her. I cannot believe that Dr Mueller would not allow her POA, my dad, to be present ! I worked in medical imaging x 40 yrs. Sounds like a liability to me!!!! No shot today!! Never to return!!!!

I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Williams / Grace Heffner secretary Ashley always pleasant willing to help and friendly she goes above and beyond and I appreciate her so much. Grace Heffner as well kind, caring and trying to help in as quick a time as possible I appreciate her as well. Thank you both for excellent care

Toda I visited the Sunday clinic due to an injury the eve. prior my visit was timely however they should use take a number system and let the injured sit while waiting to check in. There was only one csr to check patients in so luckily I arrived early. Being a repeat patient to the surgical center I noted and brought to the attention of the room wasnt the cleanest.

Dr. Lemons office is terrible. I was scheduled for surgery. Insurance took 3 months to approve. I went for a second opinion trying to HELP Dr. Lemons get insurance approval. I suppose he got mad about that. The office manager called and left a message that they wouldn't see me anymore. Then they sent a letter kicking me to the curb 3 days later, telling me I was impossible to have a relationship with. No explanation. The office kicked me out of the whole orthopedic practice! Darn shame because I love Dr. Brenner. He is awesome. I can't, for some reason, even see him now. No excuse. Medical board should get involved with this.

My mom had a meniscus repair done across the street from the actual office. The process was smooth and everything went as planned. They have a screen that shows each patients number and the contact person gets text notifications for the patient every step of the way. I got a text when my mom went into surgery, came out from surgery, was in recovery, etc. I like that, it puts the contact person’s mind at ease. Everyone in the office was super nice.

My mom’s nurse, Beverly, in post-op was awesome. She was really sweet, gentle, and empathetic. Beverly made sure my mom and I knew how to work her brace before we left and that my mom was as comfortable as possible in post-op. Big shout out to her!!

Dr. Casey is amazing! From the very start, he made sure both of us knew the possibilities, risks, and answered any questions we had thoroughly. When he explained things, he did it in a way that was easy to understand. He was very assuring before surgery. After surgery, my mom had several complications (no fault of his) and he was very supportive. He even called us to check in when he wasn’t the doctor on call and stopped by the hospital to check on my mom when he was out of office. Couldn’t have asked for a better doctor!!

I called this place twice. My husband and I are both military veterans. Gave me the run around twice. Refer me to a secretary that it's out of the office in 24 April... So I'm supposed to suffer in pain.! ! Because you don't want to do your job (incapable of knowing how to do their jobs and let people suffer). Wrong Answer!! Take my business elsewhere. People aren't NUMBERS!!$$$

i went for my ankle. My surgeon him self was amazing and worked with me very well, keeping in mind it was extremely difficult for me to be injured because my main focus was the sport i’ve been doing (wrestling). But the ladies at the front desk were very uncooperative and rude. both me and my mom were extremely nice with smiles on our face, but they aren’t very good with working with us at all. We also called about a week ago to get a new brace for my ankle, the lady was not very nice over the phone, and said she would let me surgeon know, but she didn’t let him know or call us back. But if your considering going there, you should. The Surgeons/Doctors are amazing
