Un lugar muy bonito hay mucho que explorar y ver un museo que sale de lo normal para llevarte a explorar en una caminata muy larga recomiendo zapatos cómodos agua y protector solar y tiempo para ver todo el sitio

This place brought out my childhood and adult fascination with history. I particularly LOVED the absolutely WILD and insane back story about the saloon back bar! You just have to go see it and read the story in person!! The "Northern Cabin" was my second favourite attraction and I think I would have been captivated by the old time, small town Opera House if it hadn't been under restoration. Guess I'll have to return one day to see!

Also the ticket booth personal were so informative and enthusiastic!

Interesting buildings from the 19th century and small telephone museum, which can be seen in about 1-1.5 hours. There are a variety of buildings like homes, church, dentist office that were either original and moved here or replicas from the late 1880s. Though we couldn't go inside, most had a sign on the exterior giving its history then an open door where you could see the interior contents. Recommend getting a map from the front as there are not maps once inside.

We came the day before Thanksgiving and it wasn't busy at all, but did have the modern Christmas decor being put up for the nighttime winter wonderland. It was a bit unusual to see modern lights and frosty displays on 19th century buildings, but am sure it's beautiful in the evening.

The workers were very friendly and helpful.

Restrooms near the front were clean, and a few cold sodas and waters were sold for $1-2 each.

We went to the 1st annual
Pioneer Winter Wonderland.
I hope they get more foot traffic. It was very quiet Thursday night. The horse and buggy ride was nice. I recommend paying an extra $10.00 for this.
I haven't been to Pioneer since I was a child. The state really needs to fund some historical monies to help restore the buildings. There is so much history here. It brought back some find memories. I look forward to seeing what they do in the future. This has such great potential for more holiday events.

If you are visiting Phoenix this place is 100% worth the drive and the admission. There is so much to see! It is full of rich history and the people who work and volunteer here are absolutely lovely. Ms Pearl (Laura) in the dress shop is beyond friendly and so knowledgeable. She alone made my visit much richer. The lady in the printing shop (whose name I forgot) is happy to explain the history of the printing presses and how they work. It's truly a lovely museum and I highly recommend it. There is a lot of walking, but most of the area has a paved sidewalk and most of the buildings have ramps, so the majority is accessible.

We had a blast at Pioneer Town Winter Wonderland last weekend on opening weekend! So much for kids of all ages to do! Santa, a Snowman and the Grinch were there. Lots of rides, food trucks/bars, entertainment, train rides, lights everywhere and photo ops everywhere. We will definitely go back!
