Amazing organization and employees!!! Not sure protestors realize that Planned Parenthood provides essentials like routine exams & pap smears. And they help people with UTIs and other infections. So thankful California has the smarts to keep this beautiful organization running!!

My first time coming here to get an IUD. I can’t say enough good things. The nurse and nurse practitioner were so nice and welcoming. They make you feel safe. They have a sound machine in the intake room that really helps calm you down if you are nervous. I had a great experience. ⭐️

I had an scheduled appointment for 8/9/23 at 6:20 pm. I arrived an hour early because I put 5:20 pm in my calendar. I checked in with staff at the front desk, they also said that I was early to my appointment so I sat down and waited until my appointment time. At 6:25 pm I went to the front desk and informed them I had an appointment for 6:20 pm.

The other staff member gave me some paperwork to fill out and urine sample cup. Filled out paperwork gave urine sample and waiting for another 15 minutes. I went back to the desk to inquire about my appointment time. I was told it was going to be another half hour.

Transparency is all I asked. If you’re running behind let folks know. I literally was sitting in the waiting room for a whole hour to then be told it would be another half hour just to be seen. I scheduled that particular time because I work and this location has some convenient times for appointments. I won’t be using Planned Parenthood services anymore.

Most of the negative reviews are about waiting time? I didn’t have to wait at all, with an appointment, but even if I did- the level of care and professionalism here is unmatched. The providers are incredibly sensitive to your needs. They are not rushed. They will take their time with your questions and concerns.

Showed to my appointment on them if not 10min early, just to wait another hour, they were running behind but what upset me is that people showed to their appointments late and still been seen before me which was not fair they should prioritize the people who came on time.When I asked why people are going before the front desk person said her appointment was at 2:50, like I checked in at 2:50 that person was not there in fact she showed up 20min late and proceeds to slam the window with an attitude.
They should definitely revise how they take appointments and train their staff better.

Showed up 10 minutes early to my appointment and still waited an hour. Don’t know why they were taking so long but it’s ridiculous that I call to schedule an appointment and they see me when ever they want to. What’s the point of coming in with an appointment if I’m still gonna wait more then an hour! (Currently still waiting?)

This is a great clinic. They warned me when I arrived that they were running behind. They asked if I was okay with waiting and offered to reschedule me if needed. I ended up waiting for about 40 minutes (which is exactly how long they told me the wait would be), but once I was called back, I got great care. Everyone was very friendly, super knowledgeable, and took time to answer all of my questions. They all thanked me for waiting and were very thoughtful.
