Going by the reviews on here I almost canceled my appointment but I'm sooo happy I didn't. Idk if I just so happen to luck out but these women were amazing to me both pre op and post op. I couldn't have wished for a better experience. They were attentive, polite, informative, non judgemental, and kind every step of the way. You ladies rock! Thank you sooo much and Happy New Year to you all!

I brought my daughter in for birth control I specifically told the lady that I would like for her to be placed. On the pill , well the doctor ended up talking her into having an insert put wich made me very upset because the side effects are horrible I will have to look for another clinic

I'll be honest here, this is a moment where the staff was able to bring me happiness even though I was upset about something.

I went in for a checkup and my SO had her own. There was a mixup with scheduling. When I spoke to the manager about this I was well received and though the issue was unfixable she offered me comfort when I explained my situation. Instead of apologizing she immediately started thinking about ways to help others in the future - which could be me again.

These are the kind of people you want to work with when it comes to your health.

On the staffing portion the nurses were personable and nice to speak with.
I now feel comfortable coming here.

Amazing, compassionate people work here. Went in nervous and not knowing what to expect, but they made the experience as good as it could have possibly been. From the kind lady at the front desk, to the two different people who took care of me during my appointment ( K & L, their names began with), I cannot say enough good things. They really, really made a difficult experience into something less scary and more manageable. I can't thank them enough. Keep doing what you do--you make a difference to all the women in the world.

September 2020 when I was 17, I came here for a surgical abortion.
They lied to me. They said they’d give me “twilight sedation” , but they gave me NOTHING. I was completely LUCID during my procedure.
I laid on the table while 4 nurses held me down and the (bald female) doctor performed the procedure as I screamed and squirmed. Instead of stopping to check on me, they held me down and held my legs open.
I’m 21 now and luckily for them, the statutes of limitations for a lawsuit has passed so I unfortunately can’t really sue, otherwise I’d absolutely sue the life out of them and own this clinic. I still suffer from PTSD to this day and I’m in therapy for it .

I love the doctors and staff and PP WH, they are the best! This is my fourth time going to PP for family planning services and I’ve always had a positive experience. Today, the nurse held my hand and comforted me with kind words as the doctor inserted my IUD. The staff is so nice, they thanked me several times for just being there! I am simply blown away by the compassion of this team, thanks again PP!

I went there late in the day seeing if I could just have a walk-in appointment, but there weren't any slots left. A very nice woman (she seemed like a nurse) helped me schedule an appointment, and even gave me the intake paperwork to take home with me so I would be all ready when I came back. A very warm and welcoming place: colorful chairs and walls, and very helpful people!

I came here for Nexplanon (birth control) removal and insertion, and Mark and Lauren were seriously amazing during this process. They are very patient, professional, and competent in their skills. The rest of the staff here are very kind as well!
