La recepcionista de pediatría de habla hispana fue tan molesta. Fue mi culpa al llegar tarde y aún así no respetó los 15 min. algunas de aquí se creen dueñas del consultorio incluso cuando no son ni enfermeros !!! Desastroso

I realize I gave this one star, but I will start with at least a positive thing to say (and it is really the ONLY) positive thing I can say about this place: Everyone I have talked with has at least been friendly, at least up until January 31, 2025 when some staff members started being rude with me when I said I was looking to transfer to a new provider. But everything else has just been an absolutely negative experience, and I have never been more dissatisfied with a company in general.

Negative #1 (retention) - They cycle thru providers at the same rate most of us change underwear. I have 3 kids, and it seems like almost every time they are in for an appointment (which for 2 of them is once every 3 months), they are seeing a new doctor. There is absolutely just no consistency whatsoever, which becomes really annoying when we are constantly repeating the same thing over and over again since they can't seem to keep the same doctors around.

Negative #2 (finance) - My kids have been patients there for a couple of years now. I have never once received a bill and/or statement from them letting me know that I owed anything. On January 31st, I let them know I was going to be switching providers, at which point I found out I had a balance of several hundred dollars. I made a payment for the vast majority of what was owed, and then set up a payment plan to payoff the entire account over a 3 month period. I was told on February 19, 2025 that I could start a payment plan running from March 19th - May 19th. I called back in on February 26th to make sure they had the correct account information, to which the billing person said "we can't do autopayments - you'll need to call in each time." Which, by the way, is the exact opposite of what I was told just a week prior. Had I not called in, I would have likely never made a payment.

Negative #3 (overall professionalism) - All 3 of my children have prescriptions of some sort. When I moved, I updated my pharmacy. For 4 months after that move, and after numerous phone calls where they confirmed "prescriptions will be sent to the updated pharmacy," they continued sending prescriptions to the wrong pharmacy. Or, to make matters even worse, I would call in for a refill request and they would just "forget" to send the prescriptions in, but then turn around and try to say "you never called us." And every time they would say I didn't call, I would have the name of the person I spoke with and the time I spoke with them, because I got very tired of them gaslighting me trying to tell me I didn't do something I knew I did. This happened multiple times over the course of the 3ish years my children were patients.

Negative #4 (timeliness) - This place just does NOT respect your time. I realize every once in a while, offices might run behind. I literally schedule my kids for the first appointment of the day, so I am not at the mercy of appointments before mine. I like to just get in as soon as they open, have the appointment, and leave so I can get my kids off to school with little interruption to their day, and I can get myself to work. There have been numerous times where they are running 45 minutes to an hour late for the FIRST APPOINTMENT OF THE DAY!! That is just completely unacceptable. I would say the number of times they are running way behind far exceeds the number of times the appointment has taken the appropriate amount of time.

I hope that my review has at least been remotely helpful. I would completely avoid this place at all costs if you are able to, at least until they make some serious changes. But looking back at reviews from years ago, it seems like this all has been an ongoing issue for quite some time.

This place is awful. My son went to a pediatrician here and up until then everything was fine. Up until the past month I’ve had issues getting through to make an appointment or follow-ups. My son suffered from a seizure a few weeks ago and I have yet been able to get through for a follow-up. The phone just rings or the ladies at the front desk keep transferring you until they decide to hang up on you. Then I guess their office has been closed for two weeks, save yourself the headache. Unprofessional. Will not be back.

Representative I spoke to was friendly. I was told I would receive a call back and I did the next day. No worries about it because the topic was not serious. But overall on telephone communications all seems well. Never been in the physical building.

If you are lucky enough to get a good doctor, the office staff will mess up your appointments, lose paperwork and be rude. Pharmacy and Lab are excellent.

Always always have to follow up behind them to get a prescription called in to pharmacy.
