Un equipo de profesionales excelentes,una calidad humana increíble,preparación en cuanto a conocimientos,delicadeza en la manipulación al paciente para no lastimarlos,un ambiente laboral agradable,vibras positivas,la consulta muy ordenada y limpia,se sentía un olor agradable a naranja,promueven la buena higiene bucal con un apreciado regalo final(cepillo,pasta Colgate e Hilo dental)recomiendo 120% este centro de Brooksville,mis felicitaciones equipo

I'm extremely dissatisfied with the unprofessional staff and lack of training at your facility. The clinic felt like a biker bar due to the numerous nurses with sleeve tattoos. I was denied blood work for my physical, told it's only for non-drivers/workers—a nonsensical policy, especially given the facility's apparent tattoo shop affiliation. Worse, Nurse Mathew Tintu misdiagnosed my EKG, telling me to drive to the ER for a potential heart attack. ER staff and doctors at Tampa General questioned why I was allowed to drive in such a condition. This negligence resulted in unnecessary ER tests (ultrasound, X-rays, EKG, blood work) and charges, all because Tintu couldn't read an EKG. This incompetence is unacceptable, and I will pursue legal action.

This is section 8 of primary care. It's run like a circus nothing is ever in order and files are lost. I had an appointment in December then was sent for blood work. I go back in January to review the charts meanwhile they aren't even listed as my primary care doctor. Somehow the first visit was a mistake and I shouldn't have even been able to been seen. This is Doctor do little for the lack of service and patient health. I would give 0 stars if I could.

I had a very disappointing experience with Tintu Matthew and cannot recommend her. During our appointment, she made me feel shamed and created a barrier. When I mentioned my cancer diagnosis and need for follow-up care, she dismissed my concerns, saying she wasn't a weight loss specialist. Despite providing relevant paperwork, she disregarded my current medication that was sent from Moffitt to follow up with primary on renewing or changing. She seemed rushed and urged me to hurry while I was just putting my phone away. Ultimately, she only suggested monitoring my heart rate and scheduling a follow-up, failing to address my initial needs.

The office staff and dental assistant David were amazing but the provider…? Not so much. I saw Cristen (act like a dentist/provider who cares then maybe I’ll include your title next time) was extremely disrespectful towards me. She didn’t ask me if I was in pain or anything. Some of the comments she made about my dental hygiene was extremely rude. Saying things like: “so I’m guessing you don’t brush, like, ever?” and “I can do fillings but, I mean, why bother wasting my time?”She didn’t even glance at my chart obviously bc if she had she would’ve seen I have Autism and due to my sensory issues I don’t brush as often as normal people do. I don’t trust her to fill in my 2 cavities with the way she acted. Very disrespectful and I expect more patient care and compassion from someone who’s there to heal and make ppl feel better not TEAR THEM DOWN! I already have a grievance letter with my dental insurance against your poor excuse of a provider.

I wish I can give 0 stars . After trying to schedule an appointment for months for my child , I finally get there just to be told there is no dentist at this location. They said they tried calling me but couldn't even get my phone number right and couldn't provide me with a sick note for my child missing school due to their own negligence. If you have a choice, please go to another practice . If you are like me and are bounded by CMS to only this provider then I feel sorry for you .

This place is absolutely terrible, my 12 year old son was in a lot of pain due to having a broken tooth that we suspect may be infected. My husband scheduled him an appointment at this location same day. While speaking with the office he informed them that we are both working parents so we are going to have his grandmother bring him. They explained that was fine. Took all her information and said all she needed to bring was her drivers license. He has been to premier before so all of his information is in the system, we live an hour away from this location and when my mother arrived they refused my son service stating that his parents have to bring him. Why was that not disclosed over the phone? We were told that my mother would be able to bring him in to be seen. After driving an hour away my poor child left still in extreme pain. I am a very upset parent and feel that the lack of communication was very unprofessional. I am going to be switching dentist for my children. we will not use them anymore
