The clinic doesn't accept patients that are already prescribed any kind of controlled medications. Therefore, because of my medication list, Primary care turned me down as a new patient.

If I could put a zero star I would. My husband had a stroke back in December of 2023, after getting treated by this office since October 2023. Since his stroke he's been living with numbness on his entire right side and has asked the doctor to figure out what's going on for MONTHS to no avail. We are trying to switch primary care to TMH physician partners because no referral has been sent to the neurologist after request and TMH requested medical records on August 19th, 2024 which they have YET to send. Called TWICE and left messages for the medical records dept last week and today, then called the scheduler to try and talk to someone on person, come to find out the medical records person is not in office and neither is the higher up in charge of the office. Wondering if anyone actually does their f'n job up there. My husband has no idea if what's going on is gonna kill him and he's terrified at this point because of their pure negligence and malpractice. If something happens to my husband while waiting on medical records to be sent. I will lawyer up against premier because we've been going thru absolute hell since December 2023. I was told it'd be put on medical records desk as a priority for tomorrow morning. If TMH doesn't have those records by Monday the latest, I will be filing a complaint thru the Healthcare administration!!!! Again, it is pure negligent for all this to go on this long!!!

Okay, so let's start off with how OCD I am with clinics. I was so nervous my first visit but everyone worked hard at making me feel at ease, apparently it showed. I see DeShala Frazier and she listened to Everything I mentioned on my first visit. I went back today for lab results and she touched base with things I had forgotten we spoke about. She makes me feel so comfortable to talk to her about any and Everything. Everyone is so down to earth and I have not felt rushed nor did they make me wait long at all. I really felt very well taken care of. If you're trying to choose a place you can truly trust, this is your place

The first doctor I had there was amazing. She cared, she worked with me and explained things and made me feel like she wanted to help my thyroid situation AND SHE DID!! After she left I have since went there twice, and both times I felt like I was just a number and not cared about. I was seen late, which isn’t abnormal in a doctors office but my main concern is that the doctor I saw DID NOT CARE about me as a person, my situation or what I was there for. I was in tears explaining to her what I go through with my thyroid and how hard it is sometimes and she had ZERO empathy or reaction. I was instead prescribed meds i don’t know about nor was it explained why exactly i was being given these two meds, as the medication i am currently on she already stated at that time, i am doing good on….. I asked her what is the new medication for, and i was given a quick response, and not explained how the two will benefit me long term….. And there was A THIRD NEW MEDICATION she tried to give me but she was running so late she told me she didn’t have time for me to check with my fertility doctor to make sure it was okay to take, and she left the room, telling me I needed to let her know later….. I stayed in the room and got the info within 3-5 min and then went and told her nurse it was not suitable for me but they suggested another medication…. I wrote it down for her… I also left a message about my concerns about my main reason going there was not even dealt with and my concerns about the new meds…and when the nurse called me back the doctor/and the nurse couldn’t remember what or why the medication was prescribed to me for. Red flag…. Then, going back, the first time i saw her I went in with a broken foot, an follow up from the ER, and she came in for not even TWO minutes and just told me there’s nothing she can do for me and then left me to her nurse. I am very upset how I was treated by this institute, and when i called back to complain and ask for another appointment so we can finish what I went there for plus, now, my new concerns, which I was very straight forward but not rude, and they could not fit me back in with that doctor… I was told “right after your appointment she decided to take vacation for the rest of the week”…….. and not any doctor could see me for another week…. So I told the receptionist whom was very nice, that this is bad practice and I will now be going somewhere else, and not to worry about it!!!! So instead of the office calling me to fix the situation or talk to me at all, they then sent me a piece of mail a few days later and terminated me as a client. This is bad business and absolutely unacceptable to treat patients in this manor. I could understand if I was obnoxious or crazy, but I was not….How is anyone supposed to feel comfortable going to someone who does this. Mind you I have a professional license myself of 14 years and I have never made a bad review on a business. I know what it takes to have a clientele. Medical stuff is very personal and I feel very disrespected.

Staff is wonderful. My Dr is GREAT. Can't say enough wonderful things about Premier Medical. All the Dr's and nurse's really listen to the patient which is what we really want from our care givers. Got to have that communication and care and they truly do. That's how I am treated and I believe everyone else is also. I do recommend them highly

Sofi does not know what he's talking about concerning cdl physical and will not look at paperwork you bring to get your physical done. If you need a DOT physical try Coastal complete they are polite and listen and know the rules concerning these physicals
I still would not go to a place where the so called doctor will not listen to the patient
Find someone who does and cares about the people
Yes you showed me outdated paperwork and wouldn't listen to anything I had to say
Terrible customer service even if you were right which you aren't but you won't listen to someone who has done the proper research

I never ever give a bad review but what I have been through in the last few months with my hip surgery being scheduled has been a nightmare. In trying to getting a clearance Rosa Dr Saul's nurse never returned my call. The lack of care or concern for their patients unexceptable. I worked in the medical field for over 37 yrs and patients were very important to us. And treating patients with care and respect was very important. If you care for you loved ones, do not let them go to Premier Medical Center.

Dr. Laura Smith is one of the best ARNPs I have ever been to. She genuinely cares about her patients. Only problem with this facility is the long wait before being called back. And getting prior authorization but I believe the insurance company is the problem there.
