I got diagnosed with bronchitis at urgent care in January. They told me to follow up with my primary care if I wasn’t improving. So I called pro health and they scheduled me right away. Then I get a call I need to come in 15 minutes earlier to get a Covid and flu test. I told them I’m absolutely not paying them to test me, I already had been diagnosed which the nurse did read to me they had the paperwork from urgent care.They denied seeing me because I refuse to be apart of their money scheme. Therefore, I will no longer go back to the practice. I’m tired of their ridiculous policy no other pro health makes you do this. This is not the FIRST time they did this to me. In may of 2024 I got diagnosed with gastritis and made a follow up appointment with them as well and refused the testing as well. I would not recommend this practice they don’t care about people. PROHEALTH WALLINGfORD you need to do BETTER ✌🏻

I have never been able to just see a PCP if I am sick. I am always offered another Pro-Health location. Like Meriden. I went there once. It was gross. If I'm sick, I'd like to be able to see my PCP in the Wallingford office. I've never had this issue before. My old PCP with Yale would always squeeze me in.

Billed my insurance for a service that was not provided, my annual physical. When I called to schedule my actual physical I was told they can’t schedule it as they already billed me for it when I received a follow up visit but records show it was never performed.

Don’t waste your time if you want actual medical care.

I have had a wonderful experience here. Dr. Baakalini is terrific and is willing to spend time with you. He is a good listener and very understanding and knowledgeable. I trust him totally.

they need to change their time on the website because they do not open up at 8 AM. It’s more like 830 closer to 9.
But the doctors are amazing and I have no issues with customer service. They are amazing as well.

Absolutely terrible customer service at the front desk. Yesterday,(01/18/24) I had an appointment to get blood work done. I walked in and the 3 normal ladies at the “Check-In/Check-out” desk looked at me several times but then completely ignored me. Seriously nothing!!! They just keep talking amongst themselves. No “Hi we will be right with you.”, “Please give us one moment” …nothing! I honestly stood there for a solid minute before the lady on the far right said, “Your name?” In a rude tone!!!

My response back to her , “Oh, Hi how are you? How can I help you?” “Hello! I’m here for an appointment to get blood work done.” She replied back with an over the top sarcastic, “Hi. How are you?” And in the same tone as before… “Your name?”

This is not the first time I have had customer service issues with this place. I have even called in a few times to the customer service line and NEVER got a call back.

If it wasn’t for Dr. Erica Colavople (Who is an amazing Doctor!!!) , I would NEVER go back there. I dread going to this doctor’s office…all because your staff is extremely unprofessional, unpleasant, and down right rude!

Sad to think I have to spend my money on a company that is okay with their staff treating their customers like this. Based on other reviews…seems like the company just does not care at all!

I've been going to this Family practice for years. If, it wasn't for Erica Colavolpe. I'd look for new Doctors to see.The front desk needs to go! Very rude unprofessional. The front desk treats you like it's their job rude non friendly. The had me running in circles. The refuse to see you if your a few minutes late minus my Doctor Erica Colavolpe. She leaves that office I look for a new primary care. That place is awful.
