I cannot reccomend this office enough!!! The staff is so kind every single time. Melanie Nance is the BEST hygienist I have ever had. She is so understanding and warm about everything she does. She's even okay with me listen to my loud metal music in my noise canceling headphones so I don't have to listen to the scrapey noise from the picks. I've never been more comfortable in a doctors office than I am with her.

Dr. Hardesty is wonderful. She has had many conversations with me about my options for care and that makes me feel so at ease with her. She genuinely cares about her patients and the care they receive.

If you hate the dentist, this is the place for you. They do everything they can to make you comfortable during your visit and ease the stress and anxiety a lot of people associate with going to the dentist. Give them a visit, you WILL NOT regret it.

I just had the absolutely BEST experience at this dentist office in my entire life! I have high anxiety at the Dentist but here my expectations were exceeded!!! The dental hygienist was thorough, extra gentle, kind, fast and helpful! My teeth feel and look so good! The entire staff from start to finish were top notch!!! They know what they are doing! I felt very well taken care of the whole visit! I feel extremely comfortable with returning for future needed work here with this Dentist 😁

I went in as a new patient. They were very thorough taking pictures and xrays. The staff and Dr. Hardesty were very nice and polite. They are now my primary dentist and I would highly recommend if your looking for a new dentist to check them out.

I cannot begin to express how AMAZING the entire team at Ramseur Family Dentistry is! Dr. Hardesty and Melody have set an impressive patient/client experience standard. No pain for my first cleaning ( and I have tooth sensitivity) unfortunately, I had to have 3 cavities filled today and absolutely NO pain! It’s worth the 30 minute drive.

Front desk staff, hygienists, and dentist are all extremely friendly, welcoming, and professional! They don't make you feel like "just another patient", nor do they try to rush through procedures to get you out of the way for the next patient. Definitely the best dentist office I've ever visited! I highly recommend!
