No more CVS, No more Walgreens! I must do a revised review. After taking a list of my prescriptions to Randleman drug to verify they could get them all with no issues, note they said they could. I decided to go with home town and local. To my surprise, they don't do what they said they could. They may get one more refill because I can't stop it at this point!
Need to be more forthcoming and not misleading. A co pay every 90 days instead of every 30 days is so much easier on a budget.

You know I made a review not long ago. It was wonderful about them helping me in my meditation price situation. But, today exactly I had severe issues with them. The pharmacist today was extremely rude to me with a snotty smirky attitude. I fired back at her & told her that I didn’t appreciate her attitude & tone. I know she was busy with someone else. The lines were all backed up when I walked in the store & they only had 1 person working at the register. I finally had enough & I had to go to work 5 minutes at the time when I came in there. I am proud to no longer get my medications from this pharmacy. They never get anything right on ordering medications on time & every single time I go here to get 1 prescription they fill ALL of them at 1 time even when the doctor doesn’t order more. The lady that was rude to me today was a brownish blackish haired lady that is usually there often. I didn’t appreciate her tone at all. What they need to understand is good customer service skills & I am a cashier as well & I know what good customer service skills are & what’s not. This was TOTALLY unprofessional to the extent. Will no longer even come here to shop in their other things they sell either

First and last time using them. Thought I’d save time since they were conveniently located next to the urgent care and not a single car was in their parking lot. My first mistake was not turning around and walking out after I was greeted by Gomer Pyle who definitely wanted me to be aware he had a gun in his holster. 🙄 I was the only one in the store yet I still waited 45 minutes for an eye drop an antibiotic. Maybe the pharmacist(s) was/were too distracted by the toddler running around behind the counter, one teen employee slamming doors and laughing loudly on her phone, blondie working the register taking selfies and all the other chit chatting going on among themselves. Professionalism is certainly something that they’re lacking.

Update: No need to address me, you clearly know who I am since I stated what scripts I had filled. What you need to do is recheck your cameras, I know exactly the time I handed those scripts over to be filled since I immediately messaged the person they were being filled for, which was 4:06 pm. I then sat on your couches for a bit, walked out to my car, then came back in. I understand your frustration with my review of your business, my sharing my experience with the community, the need for your rebuttal and your need to change the narrative. Either way, I have no interest in ever returning.

As I left the White Oak urgent care, I saw this gem over to my left and decided to go there to fill my prescriptions. As I hand the owner my scripts I tell him that I'm self pay ( just in between jobs) and he tells me not to worry and that he will take care of me. 7 minutes later he hands me my meds and then says to me... it's free...Merry Christmas. My point here is not that you should go here to get free prescriptions, my point is that this is why we need to support middle American businesses and not the big corporations that no longer understand good customer service. Kudos to this establishment because as I'm sitting there, he handed 2 people some OTC drugs and didn't charge them either. I'll never forget this because I really needed the help.

They didn’t even fill my prescription because I don’t usually go there. So it wasn’t ready. Then they tel me they don’t have one of the Rx so I ask them to send to CVS (who is just as bad) I get there & Randleman Drug had only faxed two of the three prescriptions. Now I remember why I stopped going to them a few years ago.

Sorry Excuse for a drug store, this pharmacy never has anything in stock and takes days to fill a prescription,but a great place to buy dog food. I was told my daughter's medicine would be in today actually the man promised it would be in by 10:30 am the next day and he would call me, but no surprise by 2pm the next day nothing not even a message. We have had several issues with this place not just one.

I only leave 1 star because zero is not an option. Rude and inconsiderate. Here's my story.
My sister had 2 kids diagnosed with the flu. She could not afford the medicine. My wife and I drive an hour to buy for her. On our way we saw we were gonna be there 2 minutes after closing. My mom called and asked if they could stay open for 5 minutes their response we close at 7 and hung up. So we get there at exactly 7. And guess what their computers are down. But in the background we hear them asking how many prescriptions.
