The office is fantastic! I have switched PCP many of times due to feeling rushed, and unheard but not here! The team takes time to listen and address concerns, and when you leave the office you don’t feel like a burden which is refreshing.

Words from the office itself to my husband you can read below

Randleman Medical Center (Owner)
"I'm sorry you felt the need to comment on your wife's concerns here at the office on Google review. We do not treat any of our patients as a "drug addict" here at Randleman Medical Center. Unfortunately she had not been seen at our facility in over 4 years. Making her a new patient with us according to medical guidelines. A lot of rules have changed in the medical field as far as taking care of adults with ADD/ADHD, anxiety and depression and we have to unfortunately follow those rules, regardless of an evaluation that was done in the past. I'm sorry you felt the need to leave a 1 star review just because she didn't get ADHD medications on her first visit here with us in almost 4 years."

My response: 1st it was 3 years according to them when i made my appointment. They gladly gave me antidepressants and anxiety meds. They drug tested me for controlled substances incase they decided to give me adhd medication which I understood and I know it was for that because NP i saw immediately opped for a non controlled substance for the anxiety med. They had filled adhd medication for me there in the passed. I get its been 3 years but if that's protocol there shouldn't have been a screening or a drug test? ADHD doesn't just go away as a 30 year old woman whos stuggled with it her whole life!. The NP I saw said "then why haven't you been on it for 3 years" as if she didnt believe me. She had to go ask Regina the owner for advice on the adhd and Regina said no without even seeing me. i even told the nurse practitioners why I had been without them due to lack of insurance and pregnancy and i said "if I have to be seen somewhere else for them that fine, I have been without them this long I can wait a little longer". Regina was not in the room but for a minute to tell me how to remember to take my antidepressant. I am seeing a specialist for a situational issue with depression I even opened up about so its not like i am not activly seeking help for that. I was upset because I was handed a screening for anxiety, depression and adhd, opened up some bc I was asked questions that were sensative subjects, drug tested and sent on my way with antidepressants i was very verbally uncomfortable with, anxiety meds which i asked for a low dose for social anxiety and a refural to a psych to be tested again for something i have been diagnosed with several times in my life. Why screen me in office if you can't do anything about it for what they considered "new patients"? Why drug screen me if there was some protocol to follow. Being told maybe once you are treated for other things your adhd may go away by a doctor is rude and unprofessional. Just dismissing someones disability like its some common cold? So if I came back with another diagnosis would they believe that one? Or would I be drug tested and undermined again? Not that I would ever go back here. I'm 100% sure later after they robbed my insurance company for that drug test they claim they didn't need they found it was clean. I read the room perfectly and that's why this place gets another 1 star review because the public should know how you may be treated at this facility.

My wife went here to get help she desperately needs for her ADHD and anxiety. This "medical center" has her ADHD diagnosis on file from a re-evaluation she had 3 years ago, and she has been diagnosed since childhood. Their response to her wanting to start her medication again was "maybe if you take anti depressants your ADHD symptoms will go away". They treated her like she was a drug addict and acted like she was lying the whole time, to the point to where she was in tears talking to them and the entire ride home. This "medical center" is a joke and obviously don't care about their patients. If you're planning on going here just keep driving until you reach the closest vet, you'll get better help there.

I love all of the staff, including my primary care provider. They're all really nice and friendly. The only problem I have with it is it takes a long time to get called back. A nurse comes in and checks my vitals and goes over all of my medications. When he or she is finished, they tell me my doctor will be in in just a few minutes. Most of the time it's way more than a few minutes. 5 stars if they were faster. I try to look for good in everything so I can honestly say that they are very thorough and spend the time you need with you. My advice is to not schedule an appointment too close after your visit. You can count on being there at least an hour and a half. Give yourself plenty of time for a visit here.
