I love this RH store in Winter Park. Sales agents are not pushy at all. It felt very comfortable browsing through their awesome product lines and interior design inspirations without feeling pressured or obligated.

I wasn’t planning on purchasing any furnitures or decorative props. I just wanted to get some design inspirations for my vacation rental house. But I was approached by a sales agent and informed that their most popular sectional starts at $3500, which is still high, but within the neighborhood of my budget.

Good things can happen when the company employees don’t act like a used car salesman from Brooklyn. And RH actually has a beautiful and affordable product lines.

I need a couch. I walked into the store and there were 4 or 5 sales people and zero customers. We literally sat on every single couch in the store and not a single sales person came up and asked us if we needed help. By the time we sat on the last couch we were so annoyed we were being ignored that we just decided to leave. Do better RH.

Jamie is PROFESSIONAL, Knowledgeable, super smart, hard working, KIND and TALENTED. I can't use enough adjectives to describe just how impressed I have been!

I walked in off the street one day (in work out clothes,
none-the- less, not dressed at all like a "serious customer" ... eventhough I am very much a "serious customer".
We are looking to furnish a whole home new construction project.

Jamie greeted me with a big warm smile and helped me with every question I had...(eventhough I looked a bit like a hooligan on my first visit to the store and with no appointment!) I didn't mention my intention to buy, I just said I was there to look around. Her grasp and knowledge of the product coupled with her stellar design IQ and her desire to help me was heartwarming to say the least.

She spent much time with me that day and had the patience of a saint with my millions of questions.

When I was getting ready to leave, I told about my intentions to furnish and decorate a whole new home and without being pushy in the least, she gave me her card and advised me she'd be happy to help me whenever we were ready.

Since that time, Jamie has been true to her word. She is easily reachable during business hours, she is easy to communicate with, and she is REALLY GOOD AT WHAT SHE DOES. She also respects your budget and your time. She offers many suggestions that make your design ideas....better!

Jamie spent much time creating a digital space planning layout of our home floor plan for us so we are sure that what we chose will work in our space.

She has spent countless hours helping me land on just the right "everything" for our project! Even in making sure that the flow and layout of the plan works well for the footprint of the space.

This woman treats you, the customer, as if RH was her own personal design firm and you are her most important client! She is the epitome of what an ambassador for the RH brand should be!

RH....count yourselves lucky to have this high quality, hardworking and talented woman on your team! I would enthusiastically recommend RH and especially Jamie Ackerman to anyone looking to furnish and design your space. No matter how big or small your project is.
