Always answers all my questions. We are not in the area so he goes out of his way to take pictures of the progress and sends them to us. we purchased the lot and the house model all on line (we currently live in Texas). Ricky with Maronda Homes walked me thru the entire process and has been there for any and all questions we had and have. He sent me progress pictures every Tuesday to keep me informed of the building progress. They did move our closing back a couple of times but that was due to difficulty in getting some of the needed building supplies. Thanks a lot Covid!! We should be closing next month and we are super excited and would highly recommend Maronda Homes to anyone looking to purchase.
