4H needs to pull out of the Shasta Fair and Kathie Muse should be removed from her position. How much money and time were spent so the fair could keep their piddling $63 and make a point. It was a show of complete cruelty. 4H is supposed to be a positive experience for children not traumatize them for life.

These people do a great job supporting the youth of Shasta County. They are well organized and caring. Our youth are taught the value of hard work, community service, among other things. FYI - they are so much more than raising farm animals - SO MUCH MORE!. If you want your child to grow up to be a upstanding member of society, consider Shasta County 4H.

Very great lengths to teach a nine-year old girl a lesson.

I wonder who made that decision. I'm very curious.

If you give your money to this organization you are supporting an organization that steals and kills children’s pets. There is no excuse for the behavior of the board of trustees and their illegal seizure of a child’s pet and then slaughtering of subcut should result in this event being canceled for the rest of time
