I had an excellent experience at the ER. I had to visit the ER for something that was at face value may not have been considered emergency room worthy. However I was in a great deal of pain with an infection that had the potential to be really bad. From the time I walked into the building I was treated with compassion and kindness. The staff didn’t shrug me off because of how simple my condition appeared. They took my situation seriously and were quick to see me. The entire visit only lasted maybe 30 minutes! I left with a clear understanding of my situation and assurance that if things did not improve that they wanted me to return. I am not originally from the Brunswick area and have never had to use any emergency services and was a bit nervous having had really bad experiences with other hospitals. But thanks to the kind staff I crossed baths and with I am thankful they are there if I should need them again. I only wish I could remember their names so I could shout them all out!

I had the best experience tonight, I was listened to and felt cared for. Thank you to Dr. Matthew William Hammond and any of the staff that helped me with anything. Such nice people...really made a hospital visit....something people hate to do...a pleasant experience and get me through with my pain and my diagnosis. Very polite, caring and sweet people.

Today I had a physical therapy session for my neck pain, and it was highly beneficial. The therapist was attentive and knowledgeable, taking the time to thoroughly assess my condition and listen to my concerns. They explained the underlying causes of my neck pain and outlined a personalized treatment plan.
During the session, I received various exercises and manual techniques to alleviate tension and improve my range of motion. The therapist provided clear instructions and ensured that I performed the exercises correctly. They also used modalities like ice therapy and gentle stretches to relieve immediate discomfort.
By the end of the session, I felt noticeably better, with reduced pain and increased mobility in my neck. The therapist also gave me home exercises and self-care tips to continue my progress between sessions.
Overall, my physical therapy session for neck pain was a positive experience. It was a step in the right direction towards long-term relief, and I look forward to my future sessions to further improve my condition.
I hope to work with Kasey for as long as her "travelling therapist" schedule will allow it.

Extremely happy with the care I received. Couldn't have been happier with my team Jessica, Karen, and the doctor who attended me. Couldn't recommend them more. Support staff I couldn't be more displeased. I had taken a fall just prior to my stay at this hospital and had medication for a muscle relaxer, anti-inflammatory, and a minor pain killer. Like you are supposed to, I surrendered this medication on intake. The hospital acknowledged that they received the medication (it was listed in my records, my nurse read it to me before I left) but at the end of the day they could not find them to return to me. So I hobbled home with a number for their Patient Experience line, who after four calls finely returned my call to tell me that it would take at least seven days before the request went through their bureaucracy to maybe be resolved. It's a shame such great care had to be marred by this poor administration. It's not like I was asking for something extra, if they couldn't have found my medication they should have filled it themselves. Very disappointed as I hobble around.

The hospital and doctors may be good, but they have a problem with their one receptionist. Two times in three days, I had a problem with the one receptionist at the outpatient desk. Smirks are not a professional way to address issues.

I am new to this area, and after this rude and uncalled behavior, I will not be a patient here.

I am visiting from out of town and I went to the hospital by my house for a nasty ear infection and was giving a low dose antibiotic. After 2 days my ear got worse. My husband brought me here around 10 on a Wednesday night and the staff was amazing. They were all super helpful and really nice. The doc gave me lots of different meds to get me through the night until I could go get all 5 prescriptions filled. He even put a wick in my ear so the ear drops could reach all the way down. This was an amazing experience and we were only there for about 30 to 45 minutes total. It hasn't even been 24 hours and I'm already feeling 10x better.

The care from the doctors and staff are great. The kitchen staff are rude and do not bring a tray or ignore what you ordered for dinner. Over half the time, I had to go to the cafeteria to buy my poor mother food due to them not putting everything she ordered on the tray. It is not due to any allergy or dietary restrictions.

I have been the hospital for a couple of days. I do have to brag on my couple of nurses and I am sorry if I leave you name out. Leiana, RN and Lillian,
RN went above and beyond for me. There was another nurse that work with Lillian, but I don't know how to spell her name. I have to brag on Adam my ER doctor that admitted me to the hospital.
The only compliant that I have is the food was horrible. It was either cooked too long or barley cooked at all. I know that cafeteria has been under new management, but the food was not good at all. On the other hand, the ladies that delivered the food to your room were wonderful.
