If I could give more than 5 stars I would. This is the best MCR location here .Getting appointments are very easy and the check in process is so much easier and faster than all the old paperwork. When you walk in the front staff are smiling and extremely helpful. The staff go above and beyond to help as much as they can. They spend the time they are allowed to helping and listening to you. I would recommend this location. The pharmacy staff are just as helpful and friendly.

Had my appointment booked for 2 months. That was the earliest they could see me so that I could get some help with my mental health issues. I got a phone call the day before the appointment to confirm the appointment. Then I went to confirm the appointment through text messages as well and it told me that the appointment was canceled. I called them to ask about it and they canceled the appointment because the physician was unavailable. Now the earliest they can see me is yet another month away. This is why people who have mental health issues don't get help. The receptionist was rude and uncaring as well.

had an appointment set for 1:30. Was told to be there 20 minutes early, WELL they are on lunch until 1:30 so getting there 20 minutes early was a huge waste of my time. Then 1:30 comes along and no one shows up, ten minutes go by and still no one is there. When they do finally show up to let us in 15 minutes late not a single one of the front desk employees apologize for the delay or mention it at all. Add to that the person I had almost seemed annoyed she even had to deal with us.

I'm not asked how I'm doing by either doctor that sees me, and to add to my waiting after I went in to see my actual doctor, she sits me down and then leaves me in her overly warm room for about 5 minutes to have a conversation with the nurse.

Granted the stuff with the nurse and the doctor would not be a big deal if it wasn't for me already waiting 45 minutes when I did not need to be. Not going back since I know there are other locations that handle business better and have friendlier staff.

As a medical office manager, I am blown away by the professionalism and efficiency I’ve seen at Dr. Escobar’s office. My phone calls are ALWAYS answered. The admin and nursing staff are courteous and helpful. And then Dr. Escobar himself takes an empathetic approach to finding natural ways to cure my anxiety. Without going into too much detail, I can undoubtedly say that he has improved my quality of life and am forever grateful.

The absolute best in Healthcare. Dr Lehr is awesome!!! The Pharmacy is also very affordable and Lee is always helpful in getting your RX's quickly. You will thank yourself for making the decision to go here.
