Used this for parking while we went to American Museum of Natural History and lunch in the vicinity after. Parking is a little tight, but was plentiful when we arrived (11am) so we were able to circle around and find a better spot. Parking for about 5 hours was $33+ which is great! Our car was safe and sound too!

ARK AT YOUR OWN RISK! I agree with the review below as I had the same thing happen to me. Turned over a brand new COMPLETELY undamaged vehicle to the "valet". Went to the museum for the afternoon. When I went to pick up the car I immediately saw the damage when the same "valet" pulled the car up. I brought it to his attention and without any hesitation on his part I got the "that was already there" line. After several minutes of arguing over the damage including w/ a manager I finally got yet another manager to issue an incident report. However, their claims department denied it because, you guessed it, they deemed it to be pre-exising damage. A simple review of any one of the 5000 cameras would show otherwise when I entered the garage. But I guess that's asking too much and it's easier for them to deny the claim and go about their day crashing other peoples cars. Dishonest and completely unprofesional management. Obviously I will never park here again.

I have never written a review before about a business where I had a bad experience, I just don’t bother going back. However, after reading some of the reviews it’s seems to happen often at this location, so I wasn’t going to let this one go! Obviously, they have the whole damage your car and deny responsibility for the claim down, pat! My car was also scratched when I returned to pick it up after our visit to the museum (NYC), and the denials started from the attendant, up to the managers. When my claim reached the company’s insurance adjuster, they denied it as well, claiming the car was already scratched. I challenged them to review video camera footage when my vehicle entered the garage, and of course, the denials continued. Bottom line I will NEVER park at an SP+ lot ever again even if I have to pay double at a lot next door! And if you choose to do so, make sure you circle your car with your phone's video camera prior to handing it over to the attendant; This way, you have your evidence! Very unprofessional.. DO NOT PARK YOUR CAR THERE!!! They deserve zero stars!

High prices and confusing layout when entering or leaving the premises, but the safest bet when your destination is NY’s Central Park Zoo

Kristen was so healing for me. I really enjoyed my session with her and would recommend her to anyone looking for clarity and healing. She was so patient, kind, and healing. While working with me she made me feel safe and comfortable. I look forward to many more sessions with her.

The garage was quite full and even though I left the museum 15 minutes before my 2 hours were up, when I clocked out the ticket showed 2 hours 1 minute and the screen advised I needed to pay the rate for 2-5 hours (vs. 2 hours). I drove up to the parking attendant and explained the issue and the fact I was delayed as I had left my ticket in the car on the LL and had to wait for a handicapped gentleman to get out of his car before I could move. When I asked the garage attendants to adjust the rate, they insisted I pay the rate for 2-5 hours, "you were here for longer than 2 hours" even though the policeman on site agreed this was absurd. Their manager in the office said something about "15 min grace" and said he would give me a one time discount but then his attendants blocked my exit had me back up, routed me back into the garage and insisted they wouldn't let me leave unless I payed the full amount. By then the 3 kids in the car were really antsy (and scared). Having failed to prevail on 3 different parking attendants and their manager after getting pushed around and physically blocked for 15+ minutes I left. Net result the garage did not get paid and there was needless anxiety all around. We are all really upset by the incident and I would like to reimburse the garage for the 2 hours I was there if you tell me how. We love the museum and I am offering this feedback in the hope that your garage doesn't try to price gouge and harass museum patrons in this manner in the future.

I was able to find a parking spot on the mid level easily. When I was leaving, a guy accused me of moving a cone from a blocked parking spot and parking there.I told him if he could show me a camera footage of me moving the cone, I would gift him my car and then he started laughing and asked me if I had anything for him. I told him I have no cash. Then he asked for a drink. It's embarrassing how this type of behavior is allowed.
