I did a microneedling appointment with Mary and she was amazing! From start to finish she made me feel so comfortable and calm. Mary took the time to ask me all the right questions about my concerns and skin and explained the process so there were no surprises. With no previous accupuncture experience, I got referred to Dr Kayla by a friend of mine and I could not be happier with my experience with this office (this includes you, José 🙂) I initially came to help manage my migraines but I have been helped in so many other ways.
1. Dr Kayla assessed my supplements and put me on a regimen most helpful for my needs. She has kept me accountable for tracking my migraines so we can better figure out my triggers, what helps after onset, and how we can prevent them moving forward.
2. She has helped my hip pain immensely. I am in the restaurant industry and my hip would be so sore after my long shifts and after some treatments with Dr. Kayla I barely notice it anymore. She has managed my heavy periods, severe menstrual pain and hormone fluctuations. Things I didn't even have on my radar yet and didn't think much could be done to help.
3. As for José, he is so good about keeping me booked and getting me rescheduled quickly the few times I've had to cancel. He also keeps track of how many visits I have left in my package. Without him I would have easily paid again for services I had already paid for. True integrity in business is so rare these days.
Anywho, sorry to ramble but I cannot say enough good things about this office. The care is super personalized and they seem to be genuinely concerned with your progress and individual needs . I am so happy I found Dr Kayla and José.

I can not say enough about Kayla and what she has done for me and my husband. For me specifically she has helped my shoulder become mobile and pain free after surgery and frozen shoulder. Then she has help so much in my recovery from a car accident in which my shoulder and neck have suffered. She takes the time to listen to what is going on with your body and ask questions to help determine how she will tackle the problem. I always feel so much better when I leave her office.
