Great staff, very caring and attentive. Dr. Hernandez is on point with the treatments. Went in for a couple of herniated disks due to a crash. After a couple of months, I feel like a brand new man. 10/10 Would go again.

I been going to this location for a year and the nurse and the doctors was amazing and friendly. The most who sticks out the most is Dr. Burn he is funny and laid back cool guy. And the receptionist who does the appointment Mrs. Hanny Martinez above and beyond positive attitude even when she has a bad day you wouldn’t know. Some just there for the pay check and don’t care and be gossiping a lot. I write about the good as well the negative. But the positive of them out weigh the bad especially with the negative attitudes. The orthopedic doctor is a very good doctor he listen about your concerns. Just a good place to come not all are bad

Dr Ruiz is absolutely amazing. He did my neck discectomy in 2021 and my partial lumbar discectomy today. He has been so thorough and has a minimally invasive mindset.

He takes the time to explain the process multiple times so that I knew what to expect. Anytime I was anxious he would take time to reassure me until I was comfortable again. He spends time with his patients and does a very thorough job. He is more conservative and won’t operate unless he feels it’s necessary.

I consider myself blessed to be under his care. If you are needing a neurosurgeon he is the absolute best out there….I’m an awful patient and very picky with my medical care but would trust this man with my life anytime.

*People who have had similar surgery can’t believe I had my neck cut open 3 years ago and really have to look since the scar is minimal and in my neck crease

Everyone was extremely kind and attentive to my needs. The doctors were patient with answering questions and explained everything in great detail. Additionally, the front lobby staff were incredibly sweet. Overall staff will for sure brighten your day!

Sterling Medical Group has been nothing but amazing to me. The front desk staff, medical assistants, and doctors are very friendly and make you feel extremely comfortable. I've seen Dr. Heredia and Dr. Ruiz recently and both doctors are very knowledgeable and quick. I seen reviews that stated there were long wait times but every appointment I've been to, I was in and out quickly which I am very grateful for. I've called into the billing department recently to get a verbal balance on my case and they were very polite and explained the whole process. They even offered me to speak with their medical records department to get a copy of my bills and doctor notes. They are doing a great job and I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who was ever been in a motor vehicle accident. Thank you Sterling for everything!!!!
