They don’t know about lifts and they damaged my front struts trying to install them plus they didn’t even tell me, now I have to pay twice as much to fix my car. If you had you’re car worked on here I would get whatever work you had done checked again by a good mechanic.

Took my truck to get the AC looked at because other shops said it was fine.. I took it here for then to check it and Victor and he’s employees looked at it fixed the problem ..very nice people … Definitely will go back…

Took my car in for an engine swap, gave me a price quote right there, paid half upfront. More than a month later the car was ready, they got a motor without warranty. Didn’t have the other half of the money that day. was going to pay him at the end of the week. Got really mad at me because I didn’t have the money the day the car was ready, Victor got really mad at me started cussing and threatening me that he was going to sell it for him to get paid. With in 30 minutes I made a call got the money wired to him signed papers. Two days later the car broken down, I thought it was a starter but no the engine he swapped was a bad engine. Refuses to work and get this issue resolved. I paid him $2000. Told me senses I signed the papers he can’t do anything about it anymore. I feel like he took advantage.

I asked if they could tint my back lights. They said yes. I dropped off my vehicle and picked it up the same day. This was the results after 3 days. Also very bad communication. I asked them to fix it and they said ok. I brought my vehicle back. 30 minutes later, I get a call from them saying they won’t have the material until the next week. So I schedule another time and day with Victor. I show up at the time he told me and he was not there. I waited 20 minutes and contacted him. No answer for days. I pulled up and asked for my money back. He said he couldn’t get my $110 back until the next week. I then show up on the day and exact time & he is not here again. My time and gas has been wasted during this whole experience.

Went in this morning at 10:20 to get my inspection done for my car when a guy gesture me to make a line . He had about 3 cars infront of me so I get off the car wanting to ask him what time do you close? And he responded sir your to close iam busy. But he had a bad attitude towards me. He told me don’t you see the poster it says 5:30. I responded back saying the number 1 rule for a business is customer service. I realy hope his not the owner. Sad to see people with bad attitude. You better believe iam not going back there.

Do not take your vehicle here, I took my Audi and they messed it all up. Also when I went to pick up my car my speakers were gone and they kept denying they took them I had EPPD check out fingerprints. Victor is the definition of rude and takes advantage with money specially if he sees your a girl.

Transmission on my car gave out and they were able to replace with no issues. Car runs great, like new. Good, fast, service. Totally recommend them.
