This place sucks. The building is nice but the staff sucks. The front desk lady was so rude and she apparently called our name once and then didn’t see us so she said we left and moved on. When we went to ask she said we didn’t come when our name was called we never left the waiting room so either she didn’t say it loud enough or didn’t say it at all. Then she was rude about the whole situation. I honestly wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
Edit*- The nurses were wonderful and kind. My nurse was understanding and so sweet. But the waiting and front desk experience wasn’t worth it.

Was experiencing extreme eye irritation Turned out to be corneal abraision. They got me in quickly. Took care of the situation and got me out just as quickly. All of the staff were polite and helpful. They will be in my first choice if there's ever a next time. Thank you!

We had an amazing experience. Our son, with special needs, had something metal in his ear. We were sure he would need to be sedated to get it out. The team - PA Allison, Nurse Sandy, and Doctor Shubert were amazing. They were patient and kind and achieved what we thought impossible, they got the metal (a dry cleaning garment clip) out, AND got all the compacted wax out too. Impressed with the teamwork, compassion and patience of this team.

DO NOT GO TO THIS ER! RECEPTIONIST CARES MORE ABOUT THE BASKETBALL GAME ON HIS PHONE THAN ANYONE WALKING THROUGH THE DOOR! Three hours of waiting to be told "I'm sorry, I can't tell you how long it will take, but I can tell you that your the longest waiting person" I could have also told him that after watching the third person who walked in after me leave because they had been treated and released. When someone is in pain, every minute is torture. I went to a different ER and I'm in a room and seeing a doctor within the hour! Order of severity is an opinion and an excuse for lack of order and competency.

There’s something seriously wrong with this world. If no one else gives a damn about their job, at the very least doctors — who get paid a fat check — should care, or at least pretend to care about their patients. Especially when it’s a screaming, hurting child!

It was midnight. My son was in excruciating stomach pain, so we rushed to the emergency room. And guess what? We had to wait almost an hour for the doctor, only for him to breeze in, see him for less than a minute, and walk out! Meanwhile, the nurse right outside our room was sitting there, glued to her iPad, watching a Netflix show the entire time!

Then we went to CVS to pick up the prescription, only to be told they needed a paper copy. Are you kidding me? My husband had to race all the way back to the emergency room to get it. The whole system is a joke!

The facility is all bright and shiny. The nurses and technicians pleasant and helpful. My problem is how I was treated by Dr. Eric Forsthoefel. After informing him that I was unable to take penicillin and sulfa based antibiotics; he decided to put me on LEVAQUIN. If he had the wherewithal to read my digital chart he would have seen that I had ,had, two ablations for heart arrhythmias. The levaquin put me into a high rate arrhythmia an hour after taking the first dose. 16 hours later I went back into normal rhythm. If he had bothered to spend more than 10 minutes he would have know this important information. I hope to never be treated by him again and would hope this facility would require a deeper consult from its Drs in future. I cannot refer this center to anyone else.

This place was the awful worst and the most racist. Upon my arrival, the Caucasian lady didn't even acknowledge me; I had to figure out for myself how to check in, and then after I seated myself and three other Caucasian people came in, she greeted them with a chirper hello and asked them if they were checking in. Some jobs aren't for everyone. This definitely showed privilege, and this is why other ethnic backgrounds health fails, and it makes it harder to get better. I only put a 5 so this will post.

Update, I had to return to this same place because urgent care suggested them, but the day staff was much nicer that day.
