Worst obgyn experience…… I wish I could give Dr st juste her own 5 star but other then that. The obgyn there was horrible I was treated as if I was an issue. When my appointment was scheduled since last year. I will be finding somewhere to understand me and my situation. I seemed to annoyed them when I didn’t even have any extra request. They half did everything horrible horrible horrible

I am deeply disappointed by the treatment I received from this office during one of the most vulnerable times in my life. I was dropped as a patient in my third trimester of pregnancy, without any prior notice or explanation, in the midst of an already stressful pregnancy.

The day I found out I had been discharged was when I arrived for a scheduled appointment, only to be told in the lobby that I was no longer a patient. After leaving multiple messages, I finally received a call from Tanya M. Evers. During this conversation, I was informed that the reason for my discharge was because "the staff felt like I couldn't trust them." This came as a complete shock since I never expressed anything of the sort to the staff, nor did I have any conversations with them regarding trust issues.

To be dropped as a patient at such a critical time, so close to giving birth, is completely unacceptable. After seeking clarity on the situation during a 10-minute phone call, I was told that there were several notes in my file regarding disagreement over my due date. I would be a little more understanding if this was repeatedly mentioned to the same person over and over however since there was no consistency with staff you have I found myself repeating the same thing over and over. Regardless I find it astonishing that such a minor discrepancy could lead to being discharged from care. As someone who tracks their cycle and is confident about conception, it's baffling that a difference in opinion about my due date would be enough to warrant such drastic action.

Physicians are held to a high standard, especially in obstetrics, but this experience has left me feeling abandoned and undervalued during a time when I needed care the most. The lack of compassion and communication displayed by this office shows an insensitivity to the stress and anxiety that comes with being dropped from care so close to giving birth. It’s disheartening to see that patient well-being is not their priority.

You want to walk in? Yea good hecking luck. Make an appointment like I had this morning? You'll wait an hour and a half to see a doctor for 5 minutes who doesn't listen to all your concerns. Oh you need a medication? Bummer. Also don't even think about calling them because you're never going to get through to a person, so have fun talking to the slowest prerecorded messages known to man.

This is one of the worst doctor's offices I'm aware of. The policies make it very difficult to contact your doctor and the documentation on the doctors isn't maintained.
I apparently got an intern doctor as my primary care physician,

he wrote me a trial prescription for a medication I did not ask for,

then refused to return my calls or refill the prescription after I was already on it.

I am still unfruitful in my attempts to escalate this.

The front desk has always been nice to me, but the doctors seem to do a good job of taking notes but don't ever try to actually treat anything. Also, eveytime I call the nurse's line, I am forced to leave a message but nobody calls back and the problem I called about is never addressed. I'm guessing the nurse's line isn't monitored.

The front office staff are downright rude, unprofessional and condescending. I called to make a prenatal appt and the older woman gasped and made degrading comments in regards to my last menstrual period and prior c sections. I simply called to make an appt not to be judged and talked down to. Corporate Compliance needs to look over the reception area and the quality of service provides to patients.

Scheduling staff absolutely rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. I've called multiple times and left messages to schedule an appointment and no one ever called back. I was told to return in a week for a follow-up with Dr.Smith. Once I did get through to someone, I was spoken to in a very disrespectful tone. I was told I couldn't see Dr.Smith for another 3 weeks, although he said follow-up in a week. Then stating she don't know why he would tell me to come back in a week. She also said, other doctors at the office aren't aware of their schedules and always tell people to come back and don't have availability, which I thought was strange for her to tell a patient. When I asked to speak with her manager, she wasn't there. I'm sure that was a lie. After my follow-up appointment, I will definitely be changing to another office where being polite, professional and respectful is being practiced. The doctors are a good but some of the office staff behavior is unacceptable. I wish I remembered her name.

The doctors are marvelous, but I've consistently had problems getting my prescriptions filled. This is at least the third time I've gone over a week without my daily preventative medication because they will not respond to my pharmacy, and ignore my voice-mail messages. The first time this happened, I went without medication for nearly a month because no one notified me that I needed a prior authorization with my new insurance. Every time I called, they promised to follow up and didn't. I'd go elsewhere, but it seems no one else is accepting new patients right now.
