kind of strange to offer “check-in” services online for “less wait times” when you’re still expected to wait over an hour to even be taken back to a room. If patients have the right to be treated with dignity, courtesy and respect, does that not include respecting your patients time? Or is that not covered/out-of-network?

I figured if I had places to be today then I should make an appointment/check in ahead of time to try and be seen so I wouldn’t be stuck waiting an hour. However here I am, the fool waiting 2 hours past my original check in time and now I have to leave without even being seen.

I understand payroll and hours being “tight” since healthcare is seen as a business in America, but my mistake for assuming TGH urgent care values their customer experience.

I was greeted so kindly, but I just see the same exact woman coming in and out from the back servicing patients indicated to me that she’s the only one seeing all of the people waiting outside. What a shame, truly.

Especially under the name of a hospital claiming to be a “not-for-profit”, this place sure knows how to operate like they’re cutting costs (especially in labor)! Great job!

Would very much recommend this urgent care facility in Apollo Beach. I arrived at opening time and was processed without delay. All the staff were helpful and friendly and very professional. I was diagnosed quickly, my prescriptions were filled without problem and the follow up care and communications on the X-ray results followed soon thereafter. I did not want to be there but once I accepted I should get my problem seen to it was overall a great experience.

This is my second time at the urgent care. If you are going to have patients wait one hour in the lobby and 30 mins inside please please get better chairs, something with more cushion and more comfortable. Also, please have something on the television for the kids (at least on one side) and bigger tvs! There is a small refrigerator but it is not working, water would be nice. I’m sure that was the original intent but it is not being filled. The music is too loud for an urgent care, some people are sick and feeling miserable waiting to be seen for one hour, the last thing we want is loud music. My head already hurts without the music.
Whoever put this lobby together has no type of compassion for us patients.
