This is the WORST medical practice I've ever encountered. There isn't enough space to write the number of issues I experienced. From misspelling my name on all lab tests, to scheduling the wrong appointments, to losing test results, the list could go on... I've spent over $3k with this provider and have next to nothing to show for it. Because they all work remotely and part-time, there's no way to get ahold of them in a timely manner so the logistics issues pile up. Save yourself the trouble and the money and go somewhere else.

I have the pleasure of seeing Monique as my GYN. The second you step into The Center For Functional Medicine you feel at peace and at home. The treatment I have received from Monique has been above and beyond. She sits with you, respectfully listens, and address any issue at multiple angles. She has a true healing hand and is one of the most accepting, open, and intelligent people I have encountered. She has helped my GI issues that I have been dealing with since I was a child. I have felt relief for the first time in 14 years since working with her regimen. Her energy is infectious and I feel very lucky to have found her. I've been a patient for 10+ years. These folks are wellness + functional medicine experts with lots of credibility among their industry peers. They did free cv-19 meetings before anyone knew how to prevent it. Their standard is above and beyond other docs (in my experience) bc they have the latest illness prevention practices and can advise me on how to keep my body youthful, balanced and happy as I age.
