I had a 10 AM appt. Was outside at 9:45. They didn’t even bother to open the business until 10:20 and my stylist was a no show (after they lied that he is on the way). Ruined my morning and wasted an hour of my time. No call to warn me, apologize, nothing. Don’t take the risk and go somewhere professional.

Follow up: the owner reached out to make things right. I appreciated the follow up.

Have been using this salon for several years and never a bad experience. Ron is my go-to but the other hairdressers seem great and very friendly. Front desk is very polite and helpful with booking appointments. A nice oasis amongst the hustle and bustle of Beverly Hills. Highly recommend.
