My Mom moved into The Harrison of Wildwood in December of 2024. When we toured The Harrison we were impressed by the warmth and kindness of the staff that worked there. However, the place was fairly new and there were not many reviews, but our intuition just felt like it would be a good home for Mom. It was not an easy decision to make, my Mom was not 100% on board about moving. The transition has gone better than we could ever have imagined. She was made to feel welcomed and cared for right from the start. She continuously is sought out to participate in activities and events. It would be easy for my Mom to not leave her apartment, however because of the caring staff and friendly residents, she is quite active and has even declined invitations that take her away from The Harrison, because she does not want to miss something. When my Mom goes into the dining hall I have seen her greeted with a hug, smile and they have even given her a nickname. All of the ladies who run the activities are so creative and open to any new ideas that residents might enjoy. Michelle sends me pictures of my Mom having fun, which brighten my day to no end. The culture of inclusion that is being created here, is such a comfort for both residents who have been there for quite a while, as well as all the new residents moving in.

Mom moved into The Harrison of Wildwood a couple of months ago. I toured many communities before choosing The Harrison. When you find the right fit for your loved one, you just know it! This is a relatively new and upcoming community that offers plenty of opportunities for social interaction. Michelle, the Lifestyle Director, incorporates a rich Activity Schedule that Mom looks forward to receiving every day. The community does an outstanding job of integrating new residents. Mom felt welcomed in no time. I have seen such a strong camaraderie amongst the staff, which is lead by positive, and compassionate management. Keep up the good work!!! And thank you for providing such good care for Mom.

A great big thank you to Leah for making our dad always feel at home. Since he moved into the Harrison, she goes out of her way to check on him and see how he is doing. When he had to be in rehab, Leah went to visit him. She is always smiling and gets a laugh out of our dad.

Dad loves his nurses: Diamond, Kee, and Kaitlin. Their compassion and kindness bring comfort to him. We are so grateful for their tireless efforts and dedication to him that it has not gone unnoticed. We feel comfortable leaving his care and well being in their hands and are thankful for them.
