I've been going to The medicine shoppe for a long time and I just want to say thank you to all of them because you all do so much for me and I appreciate it.

BEWARE : Do not use this pharmacy. After filling my prescription with this pharmacy, they then took it upon themselves to move all my scripts from other pharmacy that I've used for years. They insisted I needed to do so in order to fill this particular script. I did allow them to move one, but not all. In turn they made things a mess for me and left me fix everything with no compassion. Now fast foward to more recent, I called to fill this particular script again and they told me I was no longer allowed to use their pharmacy. What?!?! They are very rude both in the store and on the phone.

On one particular day while picking up my script they had spoke loudly about the prescription that I was having filled. As there were 3 other people in this pharmacy at the time I felt like they broke HIPAA. I was not comfortable about this as one lady looked at me knowing she heard what i was waiting for. It is not the business of others to hear about what I'm having filled. On this same day, a customer had walked out with what I would assume was there scripts and after leaving the 2 ladies joked about this woman being over weight. This group should be ashamed to be in the health field.

So unless you plan on these ladies messing with your prescription, talking loudly about your prescriptions with others around (breaking HIPAA) and have the chance of being bullied or made fun of after you leave CHOSE SOMEWHERE ELSE.

The medicine, Shoppe in Port, Orange, Florida are the rudest people ever they have been telling me for the last three days that they were going to transfer my prescription from CVS to them because I cannot use two different pharmacies, which none of them are narcotics. The reason why I had to switch to the medicine shop because CVS was out of my one medication I needed and every time I try to call the medicine Shoppe the lady answers and is very rude. So now I have been out of medication for two days because they have not contacted CVS.

Good prices, great customer service. I’ve been going there for years now and I’ve never been very satisfied. They are friendly & quick. They also have a lot of medical products that a lot of other stores don’t have. It’s a nice store.

They are a Family Own Store which has a small town feel.
They really take care of their costumers with kind and caring service.
The even delivery service.
Love them for making me feel welcome not like the big stores..

I used to love this pharmacy however all of the good employees that were so nice & helpful are now gone. I will miss Rebecca most & John as they were great. Now I will look for another pharmacy that delivers.

Considering they filled my Rx wrong with medicine that could have killed me or put me in a coma, I would NEVER recommend them. They of course blamed it on something else then sent me Mums that evening (MUMS THE WORD...like I will keep quiet) Then when I took my mom's medicine to another pharmacy and they called to have it transferred, the hung up on the new pharmacy twice. I called and it went directly to VM. I then had my husband call from his number (different last name) and suddenly they answered. I am still waiting for a call back from Gene the owner. They have the worst customer service and obviously can be very careless when filling Rx. I filed a complain with the state.
