Tracy Moore saw me today and as in every time she has seen me, has been so professional and caring. I feel like when I am in her care I am with the best doctor I could ever want. She is spot on in any treatment I have ever needed. She is certainly a very big bonus to your staff, but I am sure you already know that. Excellent service.Our nurse practitioner Anna-Marie provided super service, informing us of every step while assuring us & getting rid of apprehensions & fears. She took care of issuing the needed scrip & making sure it was available immediately. All personnel involved were fast, accurate & extremely professional. From the moment I stepped into the building, I was greeted and made to feel welcomed by everyone in the front. Once I was called back to see Dr. Patel, her assistant was very attentive and nice Throughout her assessment. Dr. Patel is probably the most patient and thorough doctor I have never been to. Dr. Junker was very good. There for pain related to coccyx injury not upper spine., understand spine was part of x-ray.. Sad the radiologist didn’t focus on my coccyx, instead my upper spine. Not my initial complaint. Already aware of his spinal findings. Maybe should have paid attention as to why I was there.
