La página aquí en Google dice que acepta pacientes nuevos y cuando llamé me dijeron que NO. Que no tenían disponibilidad para pacientes nuevos con la aseguranza BLUE CROSS BLUE SHIELD SILVER PPO. Florida Blue me envió el listado de los médicos que yo podía ir porque en sus informes también tienen esta clínica y dice que acepta pacientes nuevos, pero ellos sólo quieren aceptar gente con Medicare o gente que tenga el plan de personas que viven en THE VILLAGES. ESO ES DISCRIMINACIÓN, EL LUNES HABLÉ CON UNA EMPLEADA QUE SE LLAMA ROBIN Y ME DIJO QUE ELLA NO TENÍA EL CONTROL DE LO QUE LA CLÍNICA PUBLICARA EN GOOGLE. Me imagino que si es un familiar de ella rápido le dan un appointment. Ésto es RACISMO!!! No recomiendo ésta clínica a nadie porque solo les importa el dinero

Having a cold since Saturday on Tuesday I decided to call Santa Barbara Care Center. They got me in Wednesday morning. After checking in I only waited 5 minutes. I met with Dr. Rani, we talked and she explained what I needed to do.
I was in and out within 1/2 hour. All is well and I will continue to us this health care center. It’s always a pleasure going through. Neat & clean, professional, comfortable, courteous.

I have never had a doctor like Dr Ramsey, at The village's health. She absolutely goes above and beyond and does everything in such precise detail. Her care and concern is amazing and she makes each patient feel like they are so very special and so very important. Her eye for detail and her thoroughness as a doctor absolutely astounds me. I am so pleased that the villages health finally transferred me to her and just like everyone else that has her for their new doctor I am so very pleased and so very happy with her. Dr Ramsay. It's one of the finest doctors I've ever had in my life I'm so pleased she is with the villages health now. I couldn't wish for a better doctor than she is! A most special thank you to Dr Obie Ramsay.. this comes from my heart and I'm so very pleased that she is now with The village's health and I tell all my friends how great she is. Very efficient. Nurse checked basics and was very nice then nurse practitioner came in and helped answer questions and get me scheduled with audiologist. Everyone very nice and helpful. Always look forward to a good experience, Thanks.

Greeted two steps inside the door, checked in 30 minutes before my appointment time and was fortunate enough to be called back within two minutes, had ample time with Dr. Pead and left before my actual appointment time. Electronic pre-check-in spared me from clipboard paperwork. I have been a patient since The Villages Health creation and have always been seen on time and never rushed. Good environment where medical team and patient can work together on a preventative plan that helped me avoid adding another prescription. Big fan. How primary care medicine should be.

Dr Ramsay was fantastic! I’ve been going to this facility for 3 years . I’ve never had such a great visit. She was kind, caring, and knowledgeable . She took the time to read my chart and get to know my medical issues before she entered the exam room. She explained everything in detail that we discussed. I would definitely recommend her !
