I have never written an online review before but I feel compelled to do so. I can’t say enough great things about this office! I recently went in with a serious leg injury, and from start to finish, the care I received was outstanding. The office lady was so caring and kind. The nurse who did my x-rays had amazing bedside manners and really put me at ease during a stressful time. The doctor personally called me as soon as he received the radiologist’s report, even after hours, which showed how much they truly care about their patients. Every single staff member I interacted with was kind, professional, and attentive. If you’re looking for a place where you’ll feel genuinely cared for, this is it! Thanks again Dr. E and my leg is feeling better.

The young ladies at the desk were super sweet and efficient. There was a computer issue with his insurance, but they worked together to ensure it went through. My son was seen quickly and was checked thoroughly. The nurse and Dr were knowledgeable and friendly.
I would definitely go back.

Everyone was very nice, attentive and compassionate in the office from the time I walked through the door. They took time to ask pertinent questions and listened to my concerns about my illness. They prescribed medicine to help me recover quickly.

I always have a good experience at medfast. From the front desk, to the back of the house everyone is nice, helpful, & knowledgeable. I took my son in for a head injury and they were gentle with him, explained everything in a way he would understand and made us feel comfortable. We were in and out in no time and I felt comfortable with the drs treatment and decision. I have never met this Dr before but I really liked her. She was very nice and had good bedside manners. Seems like she really cared about her patient ( my son) and enjoys her job. The male nurse that was there was very helpful too. He made conversation with my son to make him feel comfortable, he was gentle cleaning his head womb and he seemed very interested in what the dr was doing. He was asking a lot of questions which made me believe he is a great teachable student. I hope he is on his way to be the next doctor too! The front desk lady was super friendly too! Awesome staff. I definitely recommend this place

I have 100% confidence with all the staff and the doctors. They are proficient knowledgeable and extremely nice and caring. I will always go there with my Urgent needs. I give my thanks to them for always being there when I need them.

As far as staff goes they were very friendly. For my care it was awful!! Went in because I passed out and had a very bad fall and was in severe pain in my mouth and jaw. After about an hour waiting finally somebody told me that they could do x-ray. Once we got back to the X-ray room she told me they don't really have the setup to do your x-rays but she would do it anyway because I was there. I had to wait till the next day to get my results. After calling many times they finally said your results look fine no fractures. I was in a lot of pain and asked if they could call something into my pharmacy. The provider would not do it tell me to take Tylenol. Well, I ended up in the ER 2 Days later in severe pain and could not move my mouth. They took x-rays and CT scan my jaw was broke in two different places. I had to be referred to a surgeon. Very dissatisfied.
