Always love the staff & how I am usually in & out! They always make me feel welcome even when they have a busy rush. Best tasting edibles, I may add! in this entire area! Hands down. I drive past this location to & from work every day, which makes it easily my go-to. Customer service is always top-notch. Love the bud tenders at Truelieve Osprey🫶🏼

Trulieve employs some amazing people and makes some amazing products across the board, but what they lack is consistency and accuracy in their ordering process (online and in store) and in their customer service from store to store.

I drive out of my way when I can in order to visit this store because they go above and beyond, doing everything within their power to alleviate and compensate for the usual shortcomings of the company that occur at other locations nearby.

Need a recommendation on a new product or strain as an experienced adventurer? They are always on top of their game and have something awesome in mind.

Concerns with a product or device? They’ll make sure you’re not left stranded and always taken care of.

Issues with their website or ordering? They’ll do their best to help out and make sure your experience meets your expectations.

I’m not always a fan of Trulieve as a corporation but I am a fan of consistency and quality with my cannabis and trustworthy people selling it to me. The team at Trulieve Osprey always makes the extra drive worth it as I can look forward to the most smooth transaction and purchase process for that sweet stanky goodness.

Also, skip Khalifa Kush and go for Connected or Alien Labs. They’ll knock your socks off!

MIKE the manager is HORRIBLE

I've been going to this trulieve for 2 years now and LOVE the staff. there's so many kind individuals who work here, i genuinely look forward to stopping by because they never fail to make me smile. I've gotten compliments, shared laughs and overall have had such an amazing experience with this location and the workers.

the manager on the other hand? HORRIBLE experience. I'm a very kind and smiley person and since i love this location i always go in with a big smile and ask them how they are doing and try to make our interactions as simple and enjoyable as possible. Today when I went in with that exact attitude I was greeted with great people and smiles back! I was then sent to MIKE the manager (I'm assuming based on the fact that he was bossing everyone around) to help me purchase products. I greeted him with a big smile and asked how he was doing and he immediately just asked to see my ID and never told me why, even though I already gave them my medical card. He didn't ask how I was doing or smile at all, just silently looked at my ID, did something on his computer and started whispering to another worker. When he finally rudely asked what I was looking for he practically just stared at me when I asked if he had something in stock, walked away and put it on the counter saying nothing. didn't explain what it was or the price or anything like they usually do. I asked a couple more questions as I'm only 21 and trying to find the cheapest option. He was incredibly rude and short this whole time, didn't smile once, didn't answer questions and kept walking away to talk to other employees. I practically left the place in tears because of how un welcome he made me feel.

Long story short, MIKE is a VERY entitled and rude person. He acted like he really believed he was better than everyone there including me. He wasn't willing to help. Never once smiled. Practically rolled his eyes when i asked questions. Stared blank into my face when i asked questions. Didn't tell me to have a nice night. Genuinely just incredibly entitled, immature and rude behavior. I'm practically 20 years younger than this man and am the CUSTOMER and still somehow have far better manners than him? I feel bad for more shy customers who wont stand up for themselves against someone like this. He ruined my night. I feel bad for the employees that they have to work with someone so entitled and rude. Grow up mike.

What you guys did to patients today was absolutely unacceptable. Multiple people I know called you, including myself to make sure you would be open today which is 2 days before the hurricane. Your employees told me at 1pm, and told everyone you were staying open till 8pm no matter what. You then took everyone’s order online then closed the store a hour later at 2pm, I arrived at 3pm with dozens of people standing there in shock after being told you would stay open. This isn’t entitlement, you told people to come get their medication ahead of a major disaster.and then closed.

I recently moved away from sarasota, but came to do some visiting. I miss the Osprey trulieve. They are the best and it was so good to see everyone. Met some new faces and had a good time. Thank you Osprey Trulieve.
