I was here with my mom - and it’s okay. Little weird, I recommend it but I don’t at the same time. It was time consuming, and they took around 20-30 minutes to send a doctor. They also say “there is no stairs to go to 2nd floor” - and I have anxiety about going on elevators so that was ridiculous. Fire hazard if that’s true there is no stairs. Wish I never gone there because it was honestly boring and it took awhile. Go if you want, but I say ; If you want a okay health experience - then go!! But if you want good and great experience - don’t!! Cute little quote though.

Diana in scheduling is running the risk of a discrimination suit. She lied to me and treated me with a lack of care when I mentioned Tricare coverage. She stated she could not provide any appointment info without a referral, and hung up on me! I called back and a second scheduler booked me for an appointment within 5 minutes. I am not done with Diana’s discriminatory behavior and will be following up with her supervisor via phone or in person if necessary

I love the UC Health system, and I’m a big fan of Katherine Johnson, my primary care practitioner. I like that I can go to the same place for urgent care and primary care, and I love the UC Health portal. (I also switched my OBGYN to UC Health and gave birth at UCH Highlands Ranch hospital which was stellar.)

A month and a half ago, I scheduled an appointment to be a new patient with a full physical for February 27th. I explained I had a deadline to get various vitality information to my life insurance company, and this timeframe worked nicely.

On February 20th, I received a voicemail stating the doctor had a scheduling change, and I was asked to call back to reschedule, with earlier on February 27th being a possibility.

I called back on February 21st and was told there was no availability until March 27th (with ANY doctor). The receptionist, Jasmine, also told me it is not unusual to have an appointment cancelled close to the appointment date with the next availability being at least a month out.

A frustrating experience, and I will certainly recommend my friends and family seek care elsewhere.

I've been blessed in that the VA sent me to UC HEALTH Highlands Ranch through Community Care. I've had 2 surgeries since November through the Vascular department. Absolutely blessed with the awesome patient care from the clinic staff. The preoperative team and OR team all the way through the Recovery room were absolute professionals. Thankful for UC Health and the level of patient care. Will recommend this hospital to anyone in need. Thank you for all you do on a daily basis.

Dr. KENNON HEARD should have his medical license revoked. “Doctor” told me to leave the ER because I was not having a stroke or heart attack, then charged $2,000.00. Absolute crook and an unethical SOB.

Research this doctor, he’s studied toxicology so not sure why he’s in an emergency room. Terrible organization, will be reporting to local news and department of health.

Major difference between Colorado health care talent compared to the east coast.

I warn you: do not trust your health to these people with the UC Health system. It is not a fluke that they’re review scores are so poor. I recently moved to Colorado and having tried 3 different doctors, I’ve realized it’s a systematic issue. I’ve had my previous doctor from the east coast reach out on several occasions to help and they’ve turned him away every time and have offered the worst medication. I’m leaving asap. Never trust these people with your health.

I was just discharged from UC Health. I came in in full anaphylaxis intake was asking me questions I was trying to answer not being able to speak because again I was anaphylactic swollen in the face & throat hives everywhere lady kept saying what? I had to try to repeat myself multiple times anybody with a brain could see I was in urgent need of medical care. finally let back night shift took it seriously acted fast took care of me doctor didn’t leave room until I was stable admitted to icu the staff there was great but while waiting to be admitted when day shift came on a RN came in my room checked himself in his Xmas outfit since it was Christmas Day he was fixing his elf headband in mirror saw me in reflection then walked out came back 5 min later said he was taking me upstairs ( no one told me I was being admitted to icu then I asked if I get my sweater as it had my phone ID & wallet he said he didn’t have time for this! What I tried to get up & get it he said excuse me what are doing? I said again in my raspy voice swollen in pain after dr told me I was minutes away from my airways closing & lucky I came when I did. I said again I needed my sweater I managed to get my things highly medicated on my own while he stared at me in disgust. Icu staff was great but once sent to 4th floor the care stopped all staff nurses & CNA’s acted as though I was bothering them by being there I was a CNA for 10 years never treated a patient like they treated me, I never rang call light, tried to not bother them but when they came in no one introduced themselves, they were just like I’m here to take vitals…never asked if I needed anything I had to ask for water everyday I was there, discharge was the worst I was diagnosed with diabetes, they didn’t explain anything I ask for dr note for work waited an hour after asking 2 nurses had to stand at nurse station for another half hour to be handed a note saying I was clear to work with no restrictions the next morning after I asked both nurses for note to have me out next day so I could make appointments with primary dr, allergy specialist & registered dietitian, get a glucose meter go to store to buy things I can eat as a newly diabetic I was discharged at 9:30pm. Worst experience of my life, if I ever am in an emergency again I would drive to a another hospital farther away & risk my life then be treated by these sad excuses for nurses & CNA’s.
