Receptionist was incredibly rude, scheduler is almost impossible to get in touch with let alone get an appointment, and this was with dr Simon. Had me do blood work which turned out concerning results and multiple X-rays And referral to pain management, got into pain management but had my follow up for 2 months after having this stuff done so I’m going to see pain management before the doctor even had a chance to look over my X-rays or discuss lab results which makes zero sense. Tried to get an earlier an appointment and “she’s booked solid an entire month” so even after getting established you’ll be lucky to see dr Simon once every two+ months. There are ZERO good medical facilities in Bradford and it’s a great disappointment. So if you’re trying to get your healh concerns treated good luck getting them treated here. It’ll take a year or two at this rate

I have never been treated as poorly as the staff at this clinic. I feel like they could care less about their patients no compassion at all. They seem to be burned out if they can’t care about the patients they should find a new job.

My Dr. was very nice. However, you can not get her scheduler to call back with appointment. In the last 7 days, I've called and left a phone message in addition to 2 portal requests and nothing. In January, I left 2 phone messages to schedule an appointment. Nothing. I will be finding a new doctor because this is unacceptable.

I’ve been going here for most of my adult life, it seems like since UF has taken over you schedule an appt time and don’t get seen for over an hour+ after that. My appt today was at 10, it’s currently 11:17 and I haven’t seen anyone. I actually think they just went to lunch. 😒

I'm sick as hell and was told my medication would be called in or sent over asap. Drove all the way to starke to dr appointment and all the way back to Gainesville and my medication was never called in. I have to work tomorrow. With no medication. And I'm a little upset about that also it is 4:51 when I called the office and they were already closed for the day. It says 5pm on their hours so leaving 10 minutes early had me waiting on medication till God knows when. I'm upset about this

I showed up 40 minutes early to my scheduled appointment. I still waited OVER 2 hours just to have a nurse take my vitals and then another 40 minutes before the Dr. saw me. Why bother being respectful and showing up early... or on time at all (Maybe they were having a bad morning. Strike one) Staff definitely gave off a stressed vibe. Not Pleasant. They should have had the courtesy to reschedule me if the Dr. couldn’t see me until 2 HOURS after our scheduled appointment. I feel very disrespected as a pacient.

First time appointment with Dr Donna Hunt was a nightmare. Long story short after a total of 55 minutes of waiting was told sorry it will be 30 mins or longer. If you're provider can place you in another office I'd recommend you take other Dr's office then what's there. I changed my Medical office in the parking lot with a phone call to my provider. Negative star if they had one.

Dr. Kirkland( Brian) Is amazing!!! He goes above and beyond the call of duty! He has awesome nurses that work with him , I feel very comfortable knowing my children (age 5 & 10 , 18 , and now grown son ) are & were seen by a doctor that cares for them as if they were his own! We recently moved to Jacksonville and I still drive the hour it takes for my kids to see him in Starke. Office is always clean and neat.
