Dr. Broughton is amazing. She follows up promptly with test results. I have white coat syndrome and she is very approachable and the office is very accommodating. She lets you help drive your treatment and is very knowledgeable. She could even feel that one side of the thyroid gland was bigger than the other just by touching it.

I love Dr. Marti, she’s really sweet. All of the staff, except one, are friendly and kind. They make you feel welcome. The one staff I had a little problem with was the darker receptionist. She didn’t sound so friendly over the phone and in person it’s worse. She’s not welcoming or friendly, it’s like she don’t want to be there. Thought on the phone maybe she was just having a bad day( a few days ago) but when I went in today it was the same attitude. Today was the first time I’ve been to the doctors without my mom so I was kind of new at it. I couldn’t find my insurance card so I asked the receptionist if she gave it make to me, kindly, and she like frowned her face up and shook her head in a rude way... other than her, my experience was great!! Dr. Marti is the best

What happened to this office since Dr. Broughton left? I get no follow up, long wait times, my referrals were never submitted and test results were never discussed. The only way to know anything is to call myself to see if the job was completed. I'm loosing my faith in this facility. I must say the office staff is very friendly.

Dr. Coleman is by far the best doctor I have ever....EVER had and believe me I've been through alot being a military wife, both military and civilian hospitals and family practices. He really listens to your concerns, ensures your proper screenings, medical history and previous health issues are throughly taken care of. That means alot to me when they truly care about the welfare of their patients. It's been a long time since I could put my trust let alone my life in a physicians hands due to previous ones treating me like a guinea pig or roll of the dice antidotes. I trust Dr. Coleman 101% because he simply cares. That's big in my book....

I love the Yulee office!! I live in Kingsland GA and drive out of my way to yulee because I'm never not able to get a same day appointment if I need it. The staff is friendly, always smiling and happy to help. The office itself is clean and bright and welcoming. I've recently switched my children from the st marys office to the Yulee office also so now my entire family is seen in Yulee. Thank you for always showing us you care, being thorough and prompt. Y'all are awesome and we love you!

Dr Hicks and staff very friendly and helpful, but the people they hire to take calls and request are rude and are not helpful at all!
The last person I talked to about getting a prescription re-filled, a man, was rude and let me know real quick if I couldn't tell him a # he was disconnect my call because it was taking too long!! Who the hell are these people? Do they not know that if it wasn't for people like me they wouldn't have that job!! Maybe this is not his calling! Find someone else to be rude to! There are other places I will go to!
I don't need this in my life and no one else does either!

Place has turned into a complete joke since Dr. Broughton left. They dont even treat ANYTHING in this office. Have a cold your getting referred to a ear, nose, and throat. Have anxiety your getting referred to psych. Have a small stomach issue your getting referred to a gastro dr. Dr broughton USED to handle ALL these things in office. No wonder you only have a WANNA BE Dr. And 2 P.A's. Your fearless leader has ran off every DECENT physician there! So if dont have time to get the run around and spend all day everday going to their ridiculous referals dont waste your time. Need to close the doors

Since Dr Broughton left, i have been struggling on getting adequate feedback on weekly/monthly INR test labs for my 88 year old mother. I have to call the Jax call center to get the office in Yulee to call and they never do. I have to call 2 and 3 times after every test. Such waste of time playing tag. Its now been since 11/27 and still gave no lab results called in for INR. Is her blood too thick, too thin? Who know!!
