Fue la peor mamografía que me hicieron en la vida. La especialista me apretó tanto los senos que no pude usar mis brasier por tres días. Cuando quería quejarme la especialista se paraba y me decía que debía llegar a la medida 12 Mis senos tuvieron fiebre y ardor en esos días. Jamás nunca vuelvo a hacerme una mamografía en ese lugar.

Mi opinión en la universidad de Miami Plantation al Doctor Jorge A Infante Radiólogo y su equipo muy profesionales me hizo biopsia procedimiento muy doloroso pero con el fue fantástico nada de dolor de traumatismo en el lugar gracias mil doctor por tener la capacidad y la inteligencia de llevar con éxito esa prueba gracias por existir médicos dedicado a sus pacientes te doy 100 puntos eres un gran médico.

Bad service!! Set up appointment with a month in advance and they cancelled same day two hours before with out notifying or making a phone call! I need to continue a monitoring after surgery for Cervical cancer and the Nurse considers that I don’t have cancer don’t need to see this Dr Joseph M Pearson Gynecology -Oncology ! Probably need an Orthopedic !

TERRIBLE!! I was told on the phone that specific test I wanted was around $400, but before I could do it I needed an office visit. Ok

I paid the office visit showed up
Doctor told me it’s recommended to do a bunch of test (xrays, mri’s etc) before doing the test that I ultimately want

I sent in a bunch of xrays
Then showed up to what I thought was the pressure test

They then told me oh no, today was for the MRI! Sorry we will schedule your pressure test next week

Today I went in, expecting to do a pressure test
They told me again, oh no! Today is MRI, you actually are not allowed to do a pressure test without an MRI. Oh & btw the MRI is $1000.
Why would you waste 2 months of my life to tell me this NOW?!

Dr. Smith has no consideration for other people! Dr. Smith can not even park the car correctly! The patient had to get in through the passenger side. Seriously? Learn how to park correctly.

My experience with this place has been terrible so far. I made a sports medicine appointment and could not be seen for a month and a half. When I go to the appointment the office is closed and I'm told I would be called to reschedule. I never receive a call. I call UHEalth to reschedule and can't be seen for a month an a half as if i am making my appointment for the first time. I explain the situation and the person on the phone assures me i should recieve a call from the office about it and schedules me another appointment in a month and a half. No one ever contacts me from the office.

I waited a month and a half for my new appointment and go to the office to find that I was scheduled at the wrong location so they schedule me a new appointment for the following week. I go to the appointment to find again that my appointment needs to be rescheduled and that I should have received a call. I RECEIVED NO CALL! EVER! They look my information up in the system and are able to find me. So my phone number must be correct otherwise i would imagine they would say that it was incorrect and they have now corrected it. I'm told that my appointment has been rescheduled already in 2 days, without even talking to me by the way. I'm going to guess someone is supposed to be calling people and rescheduling and they are just not doing their job.

This is clearly incredibly unprofessional and unacceptable. I'm kind of shocked that this place operates so poorly. I've now waited probably like 3 months for my initial appointment. Do I continue to wait? I have no confidence that I will ever have this appointment. At this point I'm in sunk cost fallacy territory. My injury seems mostly healed by now and I'm guessing I didn't need surgery. Imagine if I did and I was sitting here wasting time with these people. They would have been actively hurting me by wasting my time when I should have been seeing someone else.

Great family practice doctor. I was very. Very impressed with her. The on site profesional staff are all outstanding.
Every aspect of the organization of the administration is substandsrd. Quite frankly, i would assume that the administration does not care at all about the ease of use. Eg the listed phone number is answered by the sylvester cancer center operator who does not have access to the family practice phones.Completely though less.
It is an medical office complex, yet the charge extra hospital fees and the bill medicare as part A hodpital based services. I an not knowledgeable able legal issues. but feels, smells and seems rotten like old fish in the back of a refrigerator.
Personally, it is just so unpleasant to deal with, that i will not go there despite having superior doctors.
Uhealth should be assamed of itself......they should be capable of better.
