I cannot praise this hospital enough the bed side manner are chefs kiss. The staff is so welcoming and friendly aside from some of the staff that work in the front. The nurses made me feel safe, calm, and relaxed. They were all very compassionate and most importantly competent. I don’t know if the military hospital ruined me but they should learn from you guys. Thank you guys so much for having me. Thank you to the ER and the OB and nurses that helped with my emergency surgery. Merry Christmas and Happy New year!

Wow so a dear friend of mine has been here repeatedly only to b sent home repeatedly.this last visit she went in confused she has had many strokes and yesterday she was slurring and one side of her face was dropping. She stayed overnight. They released her today I waited downstairs in front over an hour for her when she comes outside she was in a wheelchair with a pair of hospital pants down to her knees obviously they were to small and a sheet. The the orderly doesn't speak English and he motions for me to help him put her in the car a complete stranger saw me having a rough time and stops to help. I know we need a hospital but we also need good caring people who work there this hospital has had a bad name bc of the people who work there if u don't want ur job then hire people who do . Got to do better. 🤬🤬 my mom retired from this hospital and she would not allow us to take her there either now I see why.

I expected slow service for a hospital, but never have I ever been interrupted so many times. The rooms are shared so I had to put up with a patient yelling & screaming drunk all night. Not to mentions the nurses come in without introduction, even when they aren’t your nurse to use paper towels & other items in the room. A nurse was yelling in my room to another nurse about her computer. They literally put anyone on the line that doesn’t have any courtesy. Dirty too.

MY RECERT STAY WAS SO WONDERFUL EVERY ONE WAS SO NICE, MY FOOD WAS GOOD I HAD A LPN NURSE THAT IS GOING TO BE AN AWESOME NURSE HER NAME IS ANNA RUSS I WAS ON THE 7TH FLOOR, I COULD TELL THAT HER HEART WAS INTO HER JOB AND SHE CARED ABOUT HER PATIENTS. I PRAY I STAY OUT OF THE HOSPITAL BUT IF I HAVE TO RETURN I PRAY SHE IS WORKING. THANKS ANNA YOU ARE AWESOME.

I gave this hospital 1 star because I don't think I could make a comment without at least a 1 star rating. I feel that this hospital needs a total replacement of staff and doctors. I feel that the people there are incompetent and should not be caring for people who need medical help. It is like they are experimenting or training for the medical profession. They tried a surgery on my wife and the result is that she almost died, and the so called surgeon assured me beforehand that it was a routine surgery and that she would be home in 4 to 6 days. Five months later she is still on I.V. drip . I would not advise anyone to go to this hospital.

I was admitted to the hospital on 10/01/2024 to 10/03/2024 for acute kidney injury. From the emergency room all the way to my permanent room the entire staff was absolutely wonderful. People should really take in account the Strenuous, Exhausting, Difficult, Demanding Job these people do all day everyday. So!!! Instead of complaining all the time try to understand what these people have to endure every single day. To the entire HOSPITAL STAFF Thank You Cindy Cooper..

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT let your child be seen by Carmen Luisa Quiles a PA here at the Southeastern Regional Medical Center!! She does not care not one bit! My 1 year old sat in the waiting room for 6 hours with a fever of 102.7 that was not breaking one bit but sneaking another child to the back with a fever of 98.4 THEN the results are in at least 45mins before she even decides to take a look at them, she tells me he has a virus when I asked what kind she goes "it doesn't matter a virus is a virus" WHAT LADY People don't play about their kids you could've said something like that to someone else and could've attacked you!! I hope your children and grandkids get thrown to the side like they don't matter too one day!! Me and my kids will never step foot back into this hospital!
